Amazing property manager
Anna Burton is a massive asset to leaders , as our property manager she was always so helpful and even after moving out of our letting she is still in contact with us now helping us . Anna will always go above and beyond anything that is asked of her for her tenants . She is truly remarkable. Thank you such for all you have done .

Leaders Team Loughborough have been amazing. They’ve guided us through the whole rental process smoothly. What can be a stressful period was made easy by their helpfulness and willingness to assist. Jade our property manager has been extremely attentive and professional in dealing with any issues and conveying communication between ourselves and the landlord. Thank you Leaders.

We received excellent customer service from
Tori at the Loughborough branch, who went the extra mile for us, was conscientious and on the ball! We have had quite the negative experience with lettings at Frank Innes in Loughborough and Leaders have beat them hands down with customer service.
