3 weeks from order to arrival

They sent wrong, cheap item.

I wish I could give Zero stars as well. I ordered a bag on December 2nd and it days later like the other lady the tracking gave me an error and said there’s no item for that tracking. I’ve emailed 3 times called and the phone number leads to an electrician business. It’s now the 11th and still no update on the item or if I’ll get my money back. But I’ll just do this the right way to get this site removed so no one else has to deal with this.

I ordered a shoulder bag. Upon placing the order I received an email of my order, everything seemed fine but 5 days later and no update on shipment, I was concerned.Tried emailing several times and even called the number on their website which a voicemail picked up for an electrician business. Never got any reply back from them even after several attempts to reach them. I thought I was scammed but 3 weeks later I finally received my order. Bag was as advertised. But as far as communication and customer support is why I give them 1 star. Their tracking system is not reliable. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from leadsbag twice. Both times I was sent the wrong color bag. I wanted orange & green. But was sent blue & pink. The bags were well made & of a great size. I gave both bags away for gifts. I just wanted what I ordered. Had I received what I ordered the 2nd time, I would have given 5 stars.

I ordered what was listed as "Hard-wearing Solid Color LEATHER Passport Cover" in an ORANGE color.
Leadsbag delivered a CHEAP PLASTIC cover, lined in fabric, in a light brown color.

This company is false advertising products, misrepresenting their features and cheating the customers. Typical Chinese fake, low quality products. Companies like Leadsbag only teach consumers to mistrust Chinese made products.

I wish I could give zero stars! They are a scam the phone number is to another state that their address is related to!
