I do not normally leave reviews but I feel people should be aware before ordering from this company.
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago for an item that was in stock. To this day it has still not been despatched. I have sent 3 emails enquiring about my order and when it will be despatched and had no reply.
I can see on reading reviews from other customers that this is how the company treat people. It’s shocking that they can continue to take peoples money and treat customers like this.
On their website it says they have 18,000 reviews but you cannot find them. Also, their HELP and TRACK YOUR ORDER pages don’t even work. There is literally no way of contacting this company after they have taken your money. ☹️
I would not order from this company again
I ordered two pairs of earrings and a velvet gift box. One of the earrings was intended as a gift which was ordered with plenty of time for a 3-5 day shipping timeframe. I placed my order on 27/01/2024 but received no dispatch notice. I emailed to enquire as to when my order would arrive on 04/02/2024 and was advised that my order was 'missed' by the warehouse team and would be processed first thing on Monday (05/02/2024). I didn't receive a dispatch email until 11/02/2024 and it contained a tracking number that did not work. Eventually, I received a package that only contained the earrings I ordered; by this time the person who I intended to give one of the pairs of earrings to had already celebrated their birthday. Furthermore, the earrings arrived without any earring backs, and the gift box had not arrived at all. I have emailed three times about the missing gift box, and to ask for a refund on the postage costs I paid as nothing has arrived within the timeframes advertised. I have not received any replies to these emails. I would not order from this company again.

Poor service
Ordered earrings for a friend’s birthday… arrived 3 weeks late. After reading delivery takes 3-5 days, I ensured more than enough time for the item to arrive on time. After a week had passed, I sent an email enquiring about an update for my order (Sunday), and received an email back saying that the warehouse must have missed my order and will be shipped out Monday morning, however did not get confirmation that my order had shipped until the following Sunday. I then waited another 4 days before enquiring again about my order. I received the earrings today, they look beautiful, but cannot comment on the quality since they haven’t been worn yet. Regardless, I will not be ordering from this company again.
Poor quality product and no customer service!
The daisy ring I bought is faulty and lost some of its enamel after only a couple of weeks. I emailed customer services several weeks ago about the problem but have received no response. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the non-existent customer service, will not be buying from them again!

Not the best experience
First package lost in post - that's fine, I contacted them, communication was good and they sent another out.
Second package to replace first arrived with damaged goods and missing goods.
Contacted them again, third package sent out, received it late due to Christmas postage and I was still missing part of my order.
Contacted them again to complain about missing goods. It felt like that was just being ignored. After 3 or so weeks of back and forth I was becoming increasingly frustrated by this. Finally had a reply to say the missing goods were defective so they weren't sending them out. Not sure why I wasn't informed of this in the previous emails and refunded much sooner. They said they issued a refund, however it wasn't actually issued for another two weeks after where I had to chase yet again. A simple out of office email being set up would have prevented me thinking I was being ignored.

Nothing negative to say, all went well with the delivery, the Sellers did as always an amazing work and are so kind and I love the purchased that I made

Unfortunately these earrings were no right for me. The back ball was very tricky to remove and impossible to reconnect once the earring was inserted. Found it tricky to feed the earring around my lobe too, resulting in me stretching it out of shape.
Sadly gone in the bin, but maybe I was just unlucky with the ones I received!

I ordered these earrings more than 2 weeks before I wanted them for a birthday gift. They didn’t arrive and Aina said she would send a second pair. These arrived damaged and I was advised I could bend the post into shape - but where would that have left me if it broke? I am so disappointed as my daughter in law chose these herself. To add to my disappointment I did not receive a full refund - seems unfair that I had to pay not only the postage to return the damaged earrings but more importantly I ended up paying the postage for delivery in the first place.
Thank you for the refund of the postage, I appreciate it.

Ordered for my wife as she pointed out a few items she liked so thought we’d see what the product was like and ordered a set of earrings.
Never arrived.
Customer service was ok though. Responded well to enquiries.
Not sure if the packages they send are too small or something but I can’t understand how Royal Mail couldn’t process it. Slightly annoying and wife disappointed they never arrived.
Was fed up with it after a month so just got a refund and to be fair was turned around straight away.
Sadly put her off ordering again.
