Exactly what I needed to prepare for the CCMP Exam
Shifting careers into consulting is daunting — I felt real anxiety before this course about whether I'm up to the task, or whether I made a mistake leaving what I knew. I took this course while studying for my CCMP certification, and Marc-André and Leanova Academy gave me genuine confidence going in. My biggest takeaway was that a change agent is a guide, not someone who has all the answers. Take your time, follow these steps, and help draw the answers out of people. The three practice tests were invaluable for studying, and I feel genuinely prepared to sit for my exam. If you want the most up-to-date, best-value course with applicable case studies and real examples, Leanova is the way to go.

Highly recommend this CCMP course and the helpful founder
I was looking around for a good ACMP QEP course to get ready for the CCMP exam, and choosing Leanova Academy was the best decision. The lessons are super well-structured and easy to follow, and the real-world simulations make it so much easier to understand the complex parts.
But what honestly blew me away was Marc-André, the founder. His commitment and engagement are next-level. He is so proactive, answers emails almost instantly, and is incredibly quick to help out. When I reached out to him, he was just so genuinely considerate and supportive. You rarely see that kind of personal care from online academies. The founder reaches out personally which is truly amazing in the days of automated email replies. The structure of the course is very easy to follow very consistent in the downloads will prove invaluable. This is not some high level what is change management it's actually practical with real live cases to practice and study, highly recommend!!!

The right QEP choice!

Comprehensive CCMP training
Comprehensive CCMP training. I took the Live online cohort in January 2026. What I liked about Leanova is the personal touch of Marc-Andre. He sent me emails to check if I got the meeting link etc. The AI avatar recorded training is super comprehensive. The live cohort allowed interaction with the participants. I highly recommend getting live cohort bec it comes with the AI avatar recorded course. One area to improve is perhaps doing the live cohort via zoom link. I found googlemeet's video quality not as good as Zoom.

Excellent course—comprehensive and truly inspiring!
That said, I do wonder whether this full-scale approach, which clearly delivers strong results, can realistically be applied in every organization undergoing change. In many cases, I’ll need to advocate for this methodology and invest in educating sponsors. Often, we’re brought in late—once the implementation phase is already underway and key decisions have been made—leaving limited time for a thorough change management process.
Still, I firmly believe that much of the content remains valuable and applicable, even when we can’t follow every step due to time or budget constraints. Thank you again, it was a great experience and I really enjoyed the approach !

AI agents teach this rote course. Not worth it.
The self-paced course is taught by an AI agent. A bubble at the bottom of the course has a human "speaking" face, where the words don't always match up to the mouth and it makes random hand gestures.
That aside, each of the 52(!) chapters are almost identical in structure and wording. "it's not only a X, it's also a y". All the key takeaways are the same: don't assume a one size fits all approach for your implementation. Each chapter has the same 5-6 slides. For me, this made the content all blend together and it was hard to pull out key concepts. I basically can just download the pdfs at the end of each of the chapters and get the same results. Very disappointing and tedious.
