Just finished the course and want to thank Stephen Mercer for an excellent experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of both people and the schedule. He consistently shared valuable insights, and his methodology made complex topics much easier to grasp. He also provided a large library of very useful documents. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of attending Mr. Srikanta Konanur’s PMP course, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional learning experience. Mr. Konanur demonstrated a deep and comprehensive understanding of all the topics covered throughout the course. His expertise and professionalism were evident in every session.

Despite being delivered online, the course was engaging and well-structured. Mr. Konanur presented the material clearly and effectively, making complex concepts easy to grasp. His ability to connect with students and maintain an interactive learning environment truly set this course apart.

Learners Ink were adaptable in finding a time that suited us both. The Prince2 Foundation and Practioner courses were delivered by Praveen on behalf of Peoplecert. He was a very good teacher, who ensured that we did not move on until he and I were both convinced that I understood the processes. He took in my feedback on day 1, and adapted his teaching style to a way that suited me better which I very much appreciated.

Stephen was great and a very knowledgeable teacher. There is a lot of course content and fast paced which was a struggle at times. Overall, the course had a lot of depth and I learnt a lot. I recommend doing this course.

Training Provided by Mr Stephen Mercer was excellent. Learner's Ink (host of meetings) failed to start the online meeting on 2 of the 4 occasions leading to delays and a split system of catchup material delivery.
Rescued by Stephen's backup plan, but could have been much more disruptive.

Stephen Mercer has a large breadth of knowledge in Project management and delivers the course content well.

Stephen Mercer was an outstanding teacher who was engaging and welcoming to questions and input. I thoroughly enjoyed this training and appreciated the additional reference materials provided. I can clearly see the benefits of incorporating these resources into my work. I would definitely recommend this PMP course.

I taught a PMP prep workshop on October 22-25, 2024 for Learners Ink, LLC. They haven't paid me and are not responding to the emails. Their partner Global Certifys who helped with the hiring process is also not responding. The payment was due on Nov. 1, 2024.
I sent the last email on Mar 02, 2025 asking to provide the full contact details of a person who is responsible for my contract and payment. I haven't heard anything back.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the informative PMP training sessions conducted by Srikanta Sir. His expertise in the field was evident, and the content covered was highly valuable.

I believe the training sessions could be further enhanced by incorporating the following improvements:

Slide Design: The visual appeal of the slides could be significantly improved by using more engaging colors, fonts, and layouts.
Interactive Elements: Incorporating more interactive elements such as videos, images would make the sessions more dynamic and engaging for participants.
I am confident that these suggestions would further enhance the learning experience for future participants.

Stephen Mercer's presentation throughout the whole course was clear and accurate. I had no problem following the programme. I understood the tasks, questions and what had to be done for homework.
