Stephen Mercer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his presentation. The extra material he includes is very helpful in understanding the concepts. The course covers a large amount of material and is fast paced since it is held over only four days. That said, being provided the PMBOK or some other shorter, pre-reading material might be helpful.

The instructor, Stephen Mercer was great! He had a ton of knowledge.
The course itself was definitely fast paced, which difficult the absorption of knowledge and all the content.
Side note: I would like to give feedback in regards to the PP presentation, I think some of the slides should be rearranged a bit, so it makes more sense, for example when we went over Scrum, the definition was only given after we learned how to apply, and how to use it. In this particular case, I feel like the definition should've been given beforehand.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and presented seamlessly. Much of the content was new for me but he did a great job of explaining the jargon.

This course was extremely helpful. Our instructor Stephen Mercer was very knowledgeable, polite, and timebound. He did an amazing job providing examples and elaborating on lesson concepts. I fully recommend this workshop to anyone preparing to take the PMP exam!

Course instructor was very clear and course content was very informative. Some of the content may not be as useful in my field, but I'm sure is very useful in others. Overall, very good course.

There was a lot of content presented. I know many of the terms but certainly not all of them. The course is fast paced and just too fast to absorb the knowledge. You need more time to really understand some of the issues than is allowed, but that is the nature of the course. If I wanted a slower course, I need to take it at a college level.

The course was good, but I especially enjoyed taking the course from Stephen Mercer. He did a great and thorough job, even while sick this week! He was efficient with our time while still covering all necessary material, which as a full-time employee with work to still accomplish outside of this training, I very much appreciated. Thank you!

Instructor was very knowledgeable. There seems to be a great deal of study material that came with the course, I hope it's helpful as I start to self-prepare for the exam.

PMP Certification course with Stephen Mercer was great experience. He is very knowledgeable and provided great insight and resources for studying and passing the PMP Exam. It is a lot of material but Stephen made me believe I could pass the exam after reviewing materials provided and doing practice exams. He also taught great tips for real world application.

I felt the instructor helped us understand all aspects of Project Management and to help us understand what would be asked on the test. He provided study guides, sample tests, and templates to help us be successful in our roles. Instructor was Stephen Mercer.

Stephen Mercer is a great instructor/ presenter. This class has a ton of material, but Stephen does a great job of explaining it and answering questions.

Really enjoyed the class. Stephen is a great instructor, very knowledgable and patient. He keeps the schedule on track and is a very reliable resource with decades of life and project management experience. I personally loved the little side stories he shared about major projects within and outside of his field. He gave us good guidance on what to focus on and how to best read the questions in order to answer them correctly. While you still have to study on your own and put in the work, Stephen was a really valuable source of expertise I would not want to miss. Now fingers crossed for the exam:-)

The facilitator/instructor Stephen Mercer did an outstanding job with the PMP Course. Although there is a lot of material, I was able to relate to past and current projects for application of the material. I would recommend this instructor and course to others in my organization.

Stephen Mercer was an excellent instructor and added a ton of additional value to the course with his experience, stories and context. Course is well laid out, on time and effectively covers the important content. I just wish there was time to go into more detail on some of the systems, but fully aware that is out of the scope of the course. Would recommend to colleagues!
