It’s great to hear that even after completing only the first 2 modules out of 6, you’re already seeing the value in the traineeship/internship program. A lot of effort has gone into structuring the program so engineers can clearly understand not only the theory, but also how residential structural design and drafting based on Australian Standards (AS/NZS) applies in real construction scenarios.

Your point about the site photos and videos is important. One of the main goals of the program is to help trainees visualise how structural elements, framing systems, connections, and construction details actually come together on site, not just on paper or calculations.
