Been dealing with Lease Car direct for the last 2 years - have a new car ordered with them. Harj has been extremely helpful and professional whilst supporting the needs of my new vehicle / price.

Really pleased with service., Atul was very helpful, kept us informed all the way through

Harj was excellent from the initial enquiry to the delivery for the car today

Very good advice received from start to finish
Painless process

Absolutely fantastic to deal with . Always prompt with answering any questions and super helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend .

Dealt with Harj and he was superb, very professional and understanding. Would certainly recommend.

Atul was excellent from start to finish! The process of ordering the car was pain free and very swift!

I highly commend the customer service and have already recommended to friends and family already!

Great experience ordering a car through Atul Soni at Lease Car Direct. I sent a request in and he got in touch with me quickly and worked with me to find the best quote he could and with a quick turnaround. Whenever I had questions Atul would get back to me quickly and always found a good solution to my requests. I needed to make sure I could secure a car by the Autumn and given the issues in the auto industry at the moment he got in touch with the manufacturers to make sure the order would meet my requirements. I even made a last minute change to the order and he was more than happy to assist and get it all done with minimal fuss. A great customer experience and I would definitely go back and recommend to others looking for a car!

From the moment I messaged Atul was nothing but helpful, he went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process, I got accepted and my new car is coming in October, can’t wait.

Thanks Atul

My whole finding the right car journey was made easy by Sarj. Excellent communication throughout and someone who really wanted to make the customer happy! Could not be more happier with the service. Thank you Sarj and team

Incredible customer service from Atul. Although I decided not to proceed with the lease this was not due to the company, it was due to a change in personal circumstances. Their deals have been the best by far when comparing with other leases. The responsiveness of messaging and keeping in touch re deals has been truly excellent and if my circumstances change I will 100% be going back to lease a car from them. Thank you Atul!

Wonderful service!

We leased a VW tiguan and dealt with Atul from Lease car direct. Not only did Atul source this vehicle for us in a short timeframe, there was timely communication via email/Instagram. Will definitely recommend Lease Car Direct!

Amazing communication via phone and email, unlike other companies where I have found my self having to chase a response. Thank you for all your help. :)

Excellent communication and help from Atul. Very responsive, couldn't fault the customer service.

I dealt with Harj throughout my experience with Lease Car Direct and I couldn’t fault him. Price was superb, communication always immediate (despite me asking a million questions), and the car is everything I hoped for and more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harj and LCD to anyone looking for a car.

Iam very pleased with the car and deal I got from Lease Car Direct. Every stage of the process was 5 star, everything was so easy and smooth from ordering the vehicle to receiving it I simply couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again

Top service from lease car direct would highly recommend them everything ran smoothly (apart from shortage of chips)

Fantastic service from Atul & Harj. Ordered a new Audi in July, through an Instagram advert. Delivery was delayed (due to manufacturer delays) but communication up until delivery was brilliant.
