I’d describe Emma and Lease of Mind as the antithesis of the entire novated leasing market. That’s the short version.

But for those of you looking for the detail (and I know you are, just like I was..)

After contacting multiple employer recommended leasing providers multiple times, asking questions and comparing options — only to have to repeat the process, due to opaque answers, incomplete responses and constant handovers between sales people, I was basically at my wits end, when I found Lease of Mind.

The play on words is apt, as my mind, was immediately put at ease when Emma answered my call. Every question answered. Every email properly answered. A real person who answered - like a real person, not like a sales pitch wrapped in buzz words that don’t make sense.

Emma secured us a better effective interest rate, provided excellent support, and even went above and beyond to help sort out a major error when our dealer cancelled our order (thanks, workplace leasing provider for taking over my order without even communicating that.)
