The delivery speed was supersonic! I really like my jacket - the blue/grey colour is super and it keeps me very warm. Highly recommend.

if I could i would give 6⭐️ I have bought four jackets from Leather company the past few years and they have all be gorgeous, this last one was out of stock so they rang to say could they replace the item with similar, they did and it’s beautiful! very soft leather and excellent quality, it was a bit more expensive but they gave it for the same price too! I have found Leafher company to have very competitive pricing and wouldn’t buy anywhere else as delivery is very quick too!

This is an absolutely fantastic Company. Unfortunately the incorrect item was sent out to me by mistake. However I got on to the Customer Services and spoke with a Mr Shy who sorted out the problem in a matter of minutes and when I had spoken to him as soon as he
had put the phone down had already sent out the correct item and it arrived this morning. What a fantastic Customer Services is that?? Other Company’s could
definitely learn a thing or two from Mr. Shy and The Leather Company. I will definitely be going back to them when I need a new bag, purse etc.
I would highly recommend this Company.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The delivery was disappointing but that was the fault of UPS who seemed confused by the delivery address (a town centre office building) when i contacted the Leather Company customer services they dealt with it immediately and the delivery arrived two days later.
The Ashwood bag is nice - a good size & design - borrowed heavily from Mulberry - but I am not too impressed with the quality of the leather or the metal fastener which is already scratched after half a dozen uses. I will see how it ages! I suppose not bad for the price - £55 but I do wonder if I could have got better elsewhere for the same money. I don't think I will be in a hurry to buy anything else from the Leather Company.

Unbelievable! Was not expecting much for £109 but decided to try it out before investing in something more expensive as I have never worn a leather jacket and wasn’t sure about style and fit. I’m amazed at the quality of what I received, it looks fantastic and I can’t believe I have not come across this company before. I will definitely be making future purchases. Excellent service.

I found a leather jacket that I liked.I sent off my order and in less than 24 hours it was already out for delivery. Unfortunately the size was too small so I had to return it. I asked for a larger size and thought that it would take about 2 weeks to process. I paid for express return to speed things up and was delighted that once again an exchange was sent out within 24 hours of receipt. This company has a really fast turnaround and I can highly recommend them. The jacket is beautifully made and good quality.

I was looking for a leather waist coat ,looked at several websites.
Came back to this website.
I was unsure of the size required as manufacturers sizes can be different .
I have never owned a waist coat so this was a first for me.
I emailed the company for advise, they came back advising a phone call to them.
I got very helpful advise regarding measurements.
Through the conversation i was advised on the size best for me.
I promptly ordered the waist coat with a spray to look after the leather.
i ordered it on 11thJuly arrived 13th July Thursday.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.
I highly recommend this company as i received excellent service by email and phone.

Rubbish aftersales don't use them. We've had problems with the zip on a bag and they replaced the first fault but now it's gone again they aren't interested. They don't even reply to my emails

Ordered a New bag with some of my Birthday Monies. I am so happy with the bag, it is gorgeous. I ordered on Sunday, delivery was Free and it arrived on Tuesday. Very impressed with the packaging and how it was wrapped to protect it . Thank you to all at Leather Company and UPS the delivery company😊

I received my pink leather over the shoulder handbag today. It is absolutely beautiful and quality and I love it! Well worth the money. I highly recommend this company

The bag ordered came with a tag on a zip missing making one of the main compartments unusable. When I contacted the company 6 months ago they said they couldn't provide a replacement tag as they just buy them in from abroad. They offered a small refund when I rang and was asked to email them. My plan was to take it to a tanner to see if I could get something made. After monthly requests they have just ignored me so I am left with bag that doesn't work properly.

I ordered two leather jackets, one for my wife and one for me. They arrived very quickly. Mine was good quality and fitted, my wife's good quality but too small. I phone and emailed and had a call back the next morning, options discussed. A day or two later , because we had to go to Coventry, decided to carry on to Solihull to the shop, to take the jacket back and get one that fitted. A very friendly helpful man served us the exchange was made, and we were so impressed we bought my wife another jacket

Bought a pair of leather gloves for a Christmas present. When my partner tried them on, one immediately split along a seam. On contacting the company, a replacement pair was sent out straight away, no quibbles. The gloves are lovely, with a luxuriously soft quality. Thank you for being proper old skool!
