I ordered a midnight blue leather tote bag from this company. What I received was a fake leather bag which was very different from the image and description on their website. I received a very disappointing light blue synthetic bag of a different brand and different details to the bag on the website. After nearly 2 weeks I have received no response to my email regarding this.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Frustrating Purchase Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. There is no phone number listed on their website, and the only way to contact them is via email. I’ve emailed them multiple times regarding an exchange for a larger size of an item I purchased, but I’ve received no response at all.
The absence of customer support has left me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit, and no way to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable for a business to operate without responsive customer service, especially when it directly affects the outcome of a purchase.
I would strongly advise against buying from this store unless you’re absolutely certain you won’t need any post-purchase support. My experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Under the guise of being NZ based with an Auckland address and Auckland phone number on their website, this shop capitalized on that to gain people's trust, like I did. Everything looked legitimate from placing order to receiving the item after a few weeks. Mine was Order #28520.

The parcel came from Pakistan, which I wouldn't make a big deal about if the jacket was good quality, even if it's clearly NOT REAL leather. But my husband just tried it on and when he took it off, the material RIPPED. How can a jacket get torn? I have a leather jacket I bought from a local shop that is not even half the price of this one but no matter how I pull it, it won't rip.

Now more horror came when I tried to contact the seller, their CONTACT US link won't even work, so I tried to email them. Someone sent me a message to acknowledge receipt of my email, but there was nothing more that came out of it regardless on my repeated requests for a refund. They did not even have the decency to reply.

YOU SCAM PEOPLE through overpriced, very poor quality material and you have HORRIBLE customer service by not addressing my concerns. HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT??? And all these positive-high star reviews? I'm pretty sure you made them all up since my concerns are exactly the same as the ones who left a 1-star review.

I bought the cropped Poroti moto jacket, it came late like almost 4 days. I tried to contact their support and got a reply on my second email. Thank God that the jacket is same as shown in the image, a mixture of experience that ends well. Thank you Ann for replying to my emails and for the nice jacket, still wearing it while writing this.

Don’t waste your time with these people.
They confirmed they were American company before I placed my order. The jacket arrived packed in a shopping bag from Pakistan. The jacket feels like a thick vinyl, stained in cheap orange fabric dye, the stitches were all over the place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
Someone needs to do something to shut down their website to completely stop their nonsense.
I’m so lucky I got the refund from PayPal.

Ordered and paid a month ago. Websit looks legit, these are NOT new Zealand made, they are cheap Indian knock offs from Karachi as DHL tracking showed. No where near the quality of nz made. Cheap buckles and NOT real leather. SCAMMED out of $600 and surprise surprise now refuse to reply to my emails. If contacted FAIR GO.so be warned people...DO NOT BUY FROM them..

DO NOT USE>>>>This company is a scam, paid through paypal and no tracking number or reply to emails. They email stating they will ask to confirm sizes and then no reply. DO NOT use this site is a SCAM and I have reported them to the police.

Do not use - scam! Ordered a jacket from this site - got an odd email asking me to confirm the size. Did so - then went back to their website and read in the fine print that you cannot exchange once you confirm size! I wrote to them to clarify - and have not heard a thing in response. 3 weeks on, no response to my many emails and messages, no Shipment tracking number despite a 5 day shipment promise. Nothing. This company is running a scam.
