I've been in the restaurant a few times and have always had a good meal. Ordered for a treat as a takeaway, and delivery.
The food was delicious, my husband said it was the best lamb Madras he'd ever had. The onion bhajis were not greasy, and very tasty. The sabji molee was delicious, having never had one before I was pleasantly surprised & will certainly have it again.

Ilet's Medical I am still owed £300 for Roleplay Work I did on 3d & 4th Feb, l have emailed Invoice in & you have come back to me with Generated email saying you will pay on 4th of this month/March, l have also been down to the Premises but nothing what is happening??? I will NOT let this drop!!!

Purchased a pair of trousers size 12, supposed to be waist 77cm, hip 101cm. The trousers are actually waist 106cm, hips 108cm. They are enormous, and Long Tall Sally are expecting me to pay the return postage, despite the fact that their sizes are completely wrong. I also purchased some tee shirts, which are far larger than size 12. The final part of the order was socks, which I have kept, but even they are large! I will never use this company again

If you are considering studying with Learn Direct DON'T! Awful company, no proper support at all as a student, technical problems all the time which are never resolved. They will take your money though and promise the earth. AVOID STUDYING WITH THEM. DREADFUL COMPANY!! Thankfully I have finished my training, never would I use this company again. Shocking customer services. I have only given 1 star because that was the minimum allowed but honestly, I would have given them minus 10 otherwise. Save your money and study elsewhere.

We spent Christmas at the Stables Over Haddon Yorkshire. Lovely experience, welcome pack included goodies for our dog. Cottage very festive, very well appointed clean and warm set in a pretty Dale. Nearest town Bakewell. Excellent hosts, very accommodating.

Ben in Yeovil Branch completed my hearing test. He was amazing, thorough,explained all in great detail and gave me options for payments. He is very considerate and made me feel at ease. What a lovely person.

If my experience is anything to go by, they are a complete and utter shambles.

They allow scam and Fraud companies site and then take down genuine reviews of their dreadfulness, when every single review, says exactly the same thing.

For the rest of my life until the day I die I will wait for trustpilot to take down my reviews of treat cosmetics .
Then the minute they take it down. I will put another one up again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again times 1 million .

We ordered flooring which was 4 days late and we were continuously lied to by their customer service department who don’t care about “customer service “
Cost me a small fortune in paying hotels and day rate to installers waiting for the flooring .Their head of customer service told me my complaint had been raised with senior management who would call to discuss my out of pocket/compensation claim but not had a call so another lie .stay away and if you want to buy (quick step flooring) don’t use this company

Can you please get somebody to phone me and rectify the problem instead of sending out the same generic email.The booking system was very confusing and booked PA tickets by mistake.I would like to keep the original tickets and just pay the difference.I keep getting the same email saying to rebook and they will refund the original tickets.The seats available now are not as good as my original seats so you want me to rebook seats that I don’t really want and then refund and put my original tickets back on sale.Why cannot I not keep my original tickets and pay the difference this problem has been ongoing for 2 weeks now this is the last time I will use see tickets will also be putting in a complaint to Hampton court palace ticketing department

Andrews Lodge in Lymington. We have been working with them for many years on a weekly basis. The Lodge Manager Jo is always friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and cant fault it.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city and close to bus ruotes and taxis. The double room was really big and the bed comfortable and was nice and quiet at night and was serviced every day with clean sheets and towels. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I recomend this hotel and will stay again next time i am in Bologne.

2 appointments nobody turned up. Appointments been given by company which one been confirmed. No one even bother to call back and let me know. Management system really poor. I put 1 star just for engineers who works at his company and they doing them job. Company should think how to fix gaps in communication with customers.

I bought a pair of casual shoes a few months ago, spending more money than usual as Benetton was supposed to give great quality in the products. However, after wearing them only about 10 times (normal walking along the city), they started to break (the outside insole). The last day I wore them they completely broke (by the middle, right where the feet bend when walking) and my foot was literally touching the ground and hurting so much till the point I had injuries as I had to do my way home like that, not having other shoes at that moment.
I complaint to Benetton both directly and via other platform - including clear photos where they could see the rubbish quality of the sole, entirely broken, but that the shoes were in perfect condition otherwise - and after having been ignored for several weeks, I got just an email saying I could just go to the store (which is quite far). After replying and complaining again, they would do nothing because the purchase was not recent. No refund, no exchange, no facilities, nothing. Deeply disappointed and not buying there again.
