Love love love everything about Black Sheep Coffee. I want to invest in a franchise to bring them more down south but it costs an arm and leg! Shame as it would really leave the herd behind down here.

Wife ordered a round of coffee at the lakeside branch earlier today, my americano and her matcha were to be made with oat milk...

Both were not made with regular cows milk... only realised halfway through our drinks, made us feel horrible/queasy for the rest of the day. Really glad that we didn't order an oat babychino for our kid, with his milk protein allergy he could have ended up in hospital.

Katie & Christy at the Silverburn, Glasgow branch were lovely and attentive. They were very accommodating for our dietary needs and were able to provide alternative suggestions for something different to try. The salted caramel frappe with oak milk was lovely. Service with a smile, deserves a bonus for all their hard work.

The coffee here is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've had the doughnuts and waffles before too and they were delicious. Fresh and tasty.

We went to Black Sheep Coffee (Derby) with my daughter yesterday. I ordered an iced chocolate and a vanilla matcha latte, and the drinks were amazing! But..
I have one main issue that I can't see anybody mentioning! I have asked the staff if they could serve the drinks in a glass or a mug, but I was told that they had none and that the plastic cups were recyclable... That's fantastic, but I still do NOT want to drink anything out of plastic, and we should all know why!
How can any place that serves drinks in 2026 have no alternative to plastic cups?! It's disappointing.
Please, consider keeping proper mugs and glasses in the cafe, so those of us who would prefer them over plastic, have the option.
Overall, we loved the drinks, and the vibe was great too!

I tried Black Sheep Coffee beans for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee has a rich, smooth flavour with a lovely creamy texture. It makes excellent espresso, and I'll definitely order it again.
