My package was lost, but they refunded me the money immediately, the customer support is very good, I am only sad that I did not receive the order because i was really looking forward to the watches.

All of theire watches are from Aliexpress! Do not buy you can see the LXIGE Logo on their watches just like from Aliexpress for triple the prize

Waited some time, but it was well worth it. I purchased this in February 20th, and it arrived on March 5th, a bit longer than expected, but the quality is top notch. Will be buying again for sure.

I don't understand why people complain about customs, I emailed leclerc and they refunded me the customs fees. Just email them with your customs receipt and they will refund you or give you a coupon for your next order.

Order “LEC3499” details sent not matching what I ordered where they have refused cancellation even though it was requested within one hour of the order. “Please note that order cancellations are not possible because the warehouse system is automated

You can contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return if you've changed your mind about your purchase. We will accept your return.”

Their website says no such thing.

Upon contact the bank and doing research I found them to be a scam as anyone can create article on yahoo finance, all other cited websites such as forbes don’t know they exist to write articles on them. Bank advised the website had been reported as a scam before. Replies will tell you competitors are trying to discredit them. No one hears about you except from your ads thus you have no brand.

These websites are always found to be a scam I thought the couple of good reviews ment something.

Your reply has been included, “generated automatically” sounds like an excuse to force people to get your order, then never generate a return label or have them keep your product as shipping cost far exceeds the value. (Typical scam brand action.)

I will refuse shipments if it will cost me a single cent. It has been already decided I no longer need your product. You have refunded others without them having to return their order, your reply was included in the review already to show your scam, no where in your website does it state this, this review will never change unless a transaction number is provided to me for the reversal willingly and before I submit a reversal request myself.

My 24 hours window stands if you want to resolve this.

Where i start... Since the begining i was excited to get a beatiful watch, but first didnt arrived to my country until 56 days, the worst part isn't that, is that i didnt receive the watch i ordered, i ordered a BLACK CERAMIC LE MANS, and i received a SEIKO watch replica, i don't know what is happening to these people, and also i had to pay fees on import duties, that in the web page says "We cover all import fees and duties, so you will not be required to pay anything upon receiving your order. This applies for all countries around the world." This isnt true.

For my experience i don't recommend it.

UPDATE: Now there are saying that is a fake review, but in email they sent me “ Hey Robert, what is the problem? Why did you leave a 1 star review?”

I received my Daytona today LE MANS, and it looks and feels amazing just like a real Daytona. Highly recommend.

Customer support replied fast and helped me change the address before shipping. Today I received my beautiful Wimbledon and I love it.

Already wrote a review about them , they replied on my review , that they already proceeded to a refund , thing they never informed me about , and now after 1 week from my last review still didnt receive anything, no watches , no refund
I take the opportunity again here to tell you , dont try to buy anything from them , you will get nothing and you will not get your money back

Quality is not much good and not low its average i think i give 80% out off 100% on quality and on delivery timing i give 10% out off 100%

The watch feels like it was made for me. It's stylish comfortable, and reliable. I wear it everywhere work, dinners, even casual days out.

Leclerc gives luxury brand vibes without the markup. I love the minimalist design and the smooth ticking. It's classy and clean. No unnecessary flash.

I got my Leclerc a few weeks back and have barely taken it off. The straps feels soft but sturdy, and the dial looks stunning under sunlight. Big fan!

You can tell Leclerc pays attention to the little things. Even the packaging was classy. The watch itself? Smooth, balanced and beautifully made. Totally worth it.

These guys are scamsters do not buy the products from them. They do not pay import duties, you have to pay the import duties and they promise to refund it, and in turn they say they can offer store credit. The watch arrived a month later after ordering in India, i had to pay 50% of the total order value as a import duty, these guys promised to return the import duty to original payment method, but after waiting for 50 days they say the order is old, and it is out of refund processing window, and can only offer store credit. Extremely bad and ridiculous customer support and experience.

I ordered "The Date" Watch on August 6. On checkout page it said "Free Priority Shipping (3-5 Days)" But received my order after 25 days on August 31.

Also watch was shipped from China. Quality is not as expected. Looks cheaper.

Also they mentioned on their Shipping Policy page "We cover all import fees and duties, so you will not be required to pay anything upon receiving your order. This applies for all countries around the world." But when i received it I had to pay custom duty.

I just ordered but the baby blue color woww i cant wait and maybe they will left me a gift like my friend lol

Die Uhr erfüllt alles was ich erwartet hatte. Man kann sie sogar seinem Handgelenk anpassen, was ich super finde!

Auch die Uhrzeit, das Datum sowie der Wochentag an der Uhr lässt sich leicht einstellen und alles funktioniert top.

Einziger kleiner Abzug ist, dass die Lieferung ca. 2 Wochen dauerte.
