1ere Cocotte DOUFEU ovale achetée en fonte émaillée. Cuisine régulière et soin de la cocotte, pourtant éclats du fond émail. 2ème cocotte ronde achetée. A nouveau éclats du fond émail. Après 2 courriers envoyés avec photos au PDG et Service consommateur. Réponses sav: Envoyer les cocottes pour examen. Vu le poids des cocottes en fonte, l'envoi coûteras un bras. C'est se moquer du monde,
Pour les personnes faisant vraiment la cuisine je déconseille l'achat de cette marque. "Sauf pour faire joli" Eu égard au prix optez pour une marque concurrente une cocotte traditionnelle noire et non émaillée.

Please be aware when ordering from this company. I placed an order for a stockpot well in advance of a trip I’m taking. Received my order on time to find out not only was the pot the wrong size but the wrong color. I called and was told to send it back and immediately when they see the pot is in route, they will ship out the correct pot. Well of course that was a lie, I’m getting the run around and being told there is no management on duty who can speak to me. They are acting like they are doing me a favor by replacing this pot that’s wrong! Hundreds of dollars on cookware in this economy is not a necessity and the customer service is despicable. I will never ever order from them again. The customer service doesn’t line up with this “high end” cookware image they present to the world.

Vendor canceled my order. I went to their outlet stores and made my purchase. A week later after my purchase they sent me my canceled order and now I have two of the same. I have email documentation from their home office stating they canceled my order. They refuse to pay for shipping when they made the error, the product is cast iron and will be expensive to ship back to get credit. I now have a dispute with my credit card company. It has been 4 weeks and no satisfaction. Maybe a good product but their customer service is the worst.

J'ai acheté sur un revendeur une bouilloire tradition.. reçue avec un éclat d'email, du coup inserviable, le carton le Creuset n'est pas abîmé donc le produit est parti de chez le Creuset avec ce defaut.. pour eux les diverses garanties et retours ne s'appliquent pas.. 90 € de perdus et pas de cadeau a Noël n'achetez pas cette marque ça coute trop cher.. la seule consolation c'est que nous etions 25 constater que cette marque est à fuire..

I give this company a zero but you have to click on one of the Stars above this was withoutout a doubt the worst company in my entire life that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with I canceled my order before it even arrived it's been back in there warehouse for 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded me my money I can't believe this. I have called them repeatedly and they keep giving me the same thing which is a new ticket number here's your new ticket number here's your new ticket number every single day. They don't respond, you can't reach them by phone, and they owe me $134.62 I called the bank I got my money back still waiting to hear from Le Creuset company
I doubt I will their customer service is the worst in the industry I wouldn't buy anything from them I wouldn't even take anything from them if they gave it to me that's how mad I am at their company and the way they do business. Le Creuset is without a doubt the worst company in the USA

Returned order received 12/2, signed by Rob and acknowledged received via telephone and UPS tracking. Order # 01006493. I have called three times and sent emails. Advised allow 10 to 14 days for refund, and that it had been sent to accounting. As of this evening, 12/28, no refund or acknowledgement of my last email, requesting someone look into refund and asking for supervisor call back. Very, very poor customer service

If I could give them a zero I would.

Do a search on Trust Pilot. It appears the only demographic that has a rating greater than 3 out of 5 stars is the UK and Netherlands. This is ridiculous for a company selling merchandise that is not for the masses due to cost.

A search of them on the Better Business Bureau site shows a failing grade and also indicates they are not accredited. This suggests they are not committed to resolve any consumer complaints through the BBB nor as we found directly. We have not received anything more than an automated message including after posting this review. We wrote back the writer and nothing.

My $1,110 order was tracked for 4 weeks from Montreal to BC and than back to Montreal. They have had their products back and have failed to notify me or refund my purchase. I was forced to seek a refund from my credit card company. I was easily able to provide the required back-up for the refund of my purchase. I would encourage you to do the same rather than try and deal with them.

The salt and pepper mills are poor quality and not worth the price. The ceramic coating can also be difficult to clean on the pans. Don't expect any cooperation in resolving complaints as they will make the process as difficult as possible. That is why they don't have a telephone number on their website for you to contact them. Any online inquiries will get the automated response with no follow up. Caveat Emptor, Let the Buyer Beware.

Placed order 11/25/22. Sent wrong color. Worst customer service ever. No apology. I must return wrong color before they will ship replacement. They did not process my return for 8 days. After 3 more phone calls, on 12/16 I get an email telling me they no longer have my item in stock, and oh yeah will take 7-10 days for my refund.

Le creuset falsely advertised a cyber Monday sale and when I purchased it, it did not go through. They refuse to correct this even though I can prove it was advertised as 179 at the time of purchase. A 100 dollar difference. Will not buy again unless this is corrected. I had to write on here as when I reviewed on their website, they have to approve it. Assuming the bad reviews don’t get published

Where does one start? I see an ad on their web site with a certain offer. Turns out, their iT department inadvertantly left offer on line an extra day or so. Took screen shot of said offer. Customer service was closed during holiday. Got told by more than one, very unprofessional woman that just because I had proof of offer, program had ended. They are in S.Carolina. So. Extra disappointing to see what our country is lowering its standards to. Obviously. Hiring anyone that has time to answer a phone and no morals, scruples or up bringing that truly does not care about the American spirit of simply doing the right thing. Shame on you Le Creuset.

j'ai acheté 2 Wok Anti-Adhérent Les Forgées en juin 2021 , 1 an et demi apres le anti adhérent se decolle et colle du coup ça ne sert a rien.
Creuset soit disant mauvais utilisation et ne prend pas en charge la "garantie à vie"
je precise usage normale, des excuses bidons pour ne pas prendre la garantie en charge
a ce prix là si c'est pas garantie, c'est acheté du Tefal ou autre beaucoup moins cher et aussitot que le anti adhésion se decolle jetez le a la poubelle et acheter une autre, ça vous revient moins cher mais au moins vous on vous entube pas pour une soit disant garantie a vie !!

I have a Le Crueset casserole dish which has a single enamel chip on inner surface. I have seen numerous reports of Le Crueset replacing these under the lifetime warranty, so I was hopeful this would be the case for me.
I have been emailing the Customer Service team since September, no response.
I phoned my local shop who asked me to send photos- no response.
I went into the store today and was told that the lifetime guarantee only came in in 2014 (not true) and that wear and tear is not covered, and that because there are a few scratch marks (it’s 20 years old, I use a wooden spoon to cook but sometimes a metal one to serve) it would not be covered.
Also told me it was probably safe to keep using.
Really, really disappointed and I will probably buy another brand after this experience.

I have two pots that are chipping badly around the top rims. * actually have others that are chipped but not as badly. I sent in a warranty claim and they offered two replace both pots at no charge.

I bought a Le Creuset non-stick frying pan. The coating has started peeling after years of use almost exclusively as an egg/mushroom pan. I contacted Le Creuset and they informed me the pan should only ever be used in low-to-medium heat, so sorry but this is not covered by the replacement warranty. I've only usually used it from medium to medium-high heat. So, while I still think their products look and feel great, they are not the most durable or cheapest.

I ordered the bat mug along with another mug. Fast forward a week, day these items were supposed to be delivered, I get an email from Le creuset saying that the bat mug is actually out of stock and I would be getting a refund in 8-10 days.
I understand these things happen, but this was for a bday present and informing someone a week later that it is out of stock while they already took your money is ridiculous. You can still go on their website and purchase the bat mug, I wonder how many other people will get that disappointing message that it is actually out of stock after spending their money on it and waiting a whole week. Customer service didn’t really care and wouldn’t send me a free mug for all of the inconvenience like other established companies would.

Ich bin mit meinem Bräter mehr als zufrieden. So macht Kochen noch mehr Spaß.

Leider ist unser Induktionskochfeld nach 1 maliger Benützung zerkratzt , ohne schieben des Bräters !
Da hat schon umrühren des 6,3 l Bräters gereicht.
Le Creuset übernimmt keine Haftung !

Unsere kleinste Lecreuset Pfanne entwickelte nach 5 Jahren ein Leck in der Bodenplatte.
Da die Pfanne mit einer 30 Jahresgarantie verkauft wurde, haben wir uns an den Kundendienst gewandt.
Dort wurden wir belehrend abgespeist und die Pfanne wurde entgegen dem Garantieversprechen nicht ersetzt.
Fazit: Das Versprechen über 30 Jahre Garantie ist ein billiger Verkaufs- und Hütchenspielertrick.
Wir werden keine Produkte mehr von LeCreuset kaufen.

""After careful consideration I have decided the best way to deal with our old issue is to buy and return faulty LeCreuset kitchenware until I feel satisfied that I have disrupted your profits sufficiently.

the background story is we bought a stove top kettle that became faulty almost immediately.
LeCreuset apparently thought they best way to deal with the issue was to drag it out for 4 months thinking the customer would give up on the warranty claim. After 6 months you folks thought you could just blame the customer and say it was our fault.

I have not forgotten and we tell everyone how dysfunctional your company is.

Im going to start buying and returning products due to "damage" found.

I think you folks fuked up and treated us poorly so I am going to treat you the same way.""

WOW, I posted this review not realizing that there were sooo many negative reviews of LeCreuset.
Any "response" from the company at this point is completely useless and inept on their part. Clearly they have failed 85% of their customers..
Le Creuset, you better get your sh!t together.
My position stands.
Fortunately for me, I travel all across NA and I have time to fuk with your sales.
