I signed up for Ledgre in January 2026 upon seeing advertisement on Innago. I paid for the full-service package ($100 a month including full support with set up and dedicated person to categorize my expense). I wanted a reliable system to track finances for my rental properties and wanted to gain time back for not do it myself. Unfortunately, the service has not met my expectations.
After months of dissatisfaction from full service, I switched to sell service thinking that categorizing expenses myself will save me time spent on requesting clarifications and corrections from Ledgre. This did not work either as I could not correct errors due to removing expense categories completely from the owners dashboard.

I noticed numerous issues:
• Slow response time
• Multiple errors in expense categorization resulting in errors in reports
• Removing expense categories completely in the owner dashboard without notice, limiting my ability to correct categorization errors myself

I did not trust the accuracy of the reports and financial information generated by the platform.
One of the primary reasons I subscribed was to obtain a clear understanding of the profitability of my properties, and after several months of use, I still do not have confidence in the data being presented. I requested to cancel my subscription and I am disappointed that this service is promoted by Innago.

Made the switch from QuickBooks to Ledgre this past year and wow. It does everything QuickBooks can and then everything I wished it could do. Super clean user-interface, reasonably priced, friendly team, and automation like I've never seen. You can really tell this was built for landlords in mind.

As a small landlord managing 4 rental properties, I was drowning in spreadsheets and dreading tax season every year. The AI assistant (Ledgy) is incredible - I can literally ask "Can I deduct my trip to Home Depot for property repairs?" and get instant, accurate answers. No more Googling tax questions or paying my CPA $100/hour for basic guidance.

Setting up was surprisingly easy. I connected my bank accounts and credit cards, and Ledgre automatically imported and categorized most of my transactions correctly. The AI suggestions for categorizing expenses are spot-on about 90% of the time.
The property-by-property reporting is exactly what I needed. At tax time, I just export the Schedule E report and everything is organized perfectly for my CPA.

Bottom line: This feels like it was built by someone who actually owns rental properties and understands our specific challenges. For $10/month, it's saved me hours of work and hundreds in CPA fees.

If you're a small landlord still using spreadsheets or fighting with QuickBooks, do yourself a favor and try Ledgre. The 30-day free trial is worth it just to see how much easier rental property accounting can be.
