I haven't experienced such good customer service in a long time. I bought a bunch of stuff all arrived well packaged & extremely fast. I ran into an issue with one of the bits of kit & messaged the shop to arrange a return after trouble shooting over the phone with a friendly staff member.

As a disabled person I sometimes miss read social ques & get quite nervous but I have been helped every step of the way with any messages I've sent being replied to extremely quickly. They even sent me a return label when I couldn't get a label printed off.

After initially returning the item that needed returned there was problems at the post office getting DPD to collect the item, again I was helped by the shop. They escalated it to DPD as did I. Thankfully the item has been returned successfully & the replacement is out for delivery today.

If your looking for a genuine business that genuinely seems to care about customer experience this is the shop for you.

Honestly by far the best company out there, not only do they have the highest quality products on the market but they are a fraction of the price you'll pay elsewhere, delivery is as described spot on!
Customer service is outstanding and I couldn't thank them enough from the first to all future purchases, I will definitely be sticking with them in the future, as a customer your actually appreciated and listened to other than most other places just want you to buy and shove you out the door, honestly best about if you thinking of going elsewhere I'd rethink that

Top service and I mean top service, delivery is fast and prices are fair considering AC infinity is insanely expensive but you pay good money for the best equipment.

They have the best prices in the UK for the AC Infinity gear. & their customer service is second to none, I went to them with a couple of queries & each time they were dealt with promptly in real time.
