I've been dealing with Lee Valley for years. They only sell the very best quality products. Nothing I've bought from Lee Valley ever had to be returned or replaced.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the service. I've ordered online as well. They have never messed up any of my orders and at one point I had ordered nearly 70 times in a single year.
I read somewhere they even stress test any parts sourced from China, like nuts and bolts, to insure the quality, even assaying the metal. I have to give these guys 5 stars for the company's ethos, service and quality.
