Having reached an all time high body weight of 17 stone and with a 40% body fat ratio, I was desperate to do something about it.
I looked at various diets but quickly realised I needed a more structured regime that delivered results.
After looking at doing my 'own thing' it became clear that I wasn't going to achieve what I wanted. I came across the Legendary Life program by chance whilst looking online and decided to download one of Ted Ryce's amazing podcasts, I was immediately struck by his honesty and knowledge so I researched it more in case it was too good to be true.

I'm pleased to report that the Legendary Life program was everything that I hoped for and more! It's a very simple and straightforward food and fitness plan, no fancy gimmicks, and it delivered results in the very first week.

Ted provides a simple food plan using simple nutritious ingredients together with a exercise plan on a simple phone/tablet app. You don't have to think about you just follow this plan and the results were consistent, which boosted my morale and confidence.

If you had any issues Ted was available to guide you in the right direction, and this was the case when I had to change some exercises due to a historical back injury that flared up. His knowledge and experience is second to none and was so supportive.

I lost over 2 stone and my fitness levels were at an all-time high, it helped me achieve my goal of attending my sons graduation as a slimmer and healthier dad.

Not only did Ted's program deliver it provided far more, it gave me an education in nutrition and achieving a healthier lifestyle, more importantly it taught me how to plan far healthier meals which I still employ today.

I have no hesitation recommending Legendary Life, it's a no brainer for someone looking to achieve genuine results and change one's life for the better!

I worked with Ted for 5 months last year and lost 29 pound with body fat percentage of 24%.
I had try for the previous year to lose weight and could not lose it, trying what I had done in the past.
Ted program sets you up to win and lose the weight body fat while maintaining muscle.
My body fat is as low as in my 20’s and in am now 55.
The program prevents injury and helps to increase flexibility to prevent future injuries as you increase amount of weight you can lift. I feel better than I have in 10 years and can move more.
I do amateur power lifting and Ted’s program let me compete a lower weight and lift more weight.
