Replacement car battery, fast delivery and great price, recommended !!

Purchased a Noco 2 amp charger. Noco is a well known brand to me and have used for many years
Easy purchase sent quickly in good packaging. Competitive price, I would use the company again.

Bought a leisure battery late evening. Got the confirmation straight away. Despatched the following day and Had it the next morning. The battery came with built in Bluetooth and I didn’t know what app to use to be able to monitor it. Rang them for info and they said they would email me the information. I didn’t expect the email to be in my inbox 5 mins later. Well impressed. Thanks

Found this for an excellent price, ordered simply and delivered very well packed with loads of protection. Couldn't ask for more. Very impressed.

Shame I can't add pictures. The battery was at 71% state of health. The 4 year & 4 month old Toyota one I'm replacing is still at 80% SOH. This means age or cold damage. You can find articles online telling you once your battery gets below 80% it's on its way out, and 70% and below is an issue. It'll wreck your alternator, and eventually lead to the car stalling, putting you at risk. Their return policy is a joke, so I'm not throwing good money after bad. Just don't give this company money.

After scouring the internet I found that Leisure Power offered the best value for money - there was even a small additional discount on my item - delivery was fast with the item arriving in perfect condition

After not receiving the order they said they would check with courier. Still not received and not heard back from them.
Will avoid at all cost going forward

Absolute rubbish! S h I t!.I ordered a solar panel from them.they send me a panel that’s ready broken(this can be proven by the return form in box).then when you contact them,they will say it’s going to take over a week for them t put right there mistake!.
I have got to wait five r them to pick the broken panel up(that they sent to me,which they blamed on the couriers!But in the box was a return form fr the same reasons,as my issue!)MY BEST ADVICE TO ANYONE PLANNING ON USING THESE GUYS!!!don’t they are horrible people!!!!

Ok up to the point you want to claim on the warranty. I am now 1.5 months in, a form process that doesn’t work, won’t just ask questions by email, no after sales support line as all gone online. Wouldn’t recommend. New update: charge £70 to return the battery and then If they don’t accept the warranty they charge you another £70 to send it back to you so approx 50% of a new battery cost. So strongly recommend you don’t use this company.

Genuine item, excellent price, terrible delivery service, poor communication, will not be using again.

ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM LEISURE POWER, BARCLAYCARD FRAUD DEPARTMENT USED TO GET REFUND
Abysmal service from leisure power, sent the wrong item, then claimed they hadn’t received The return via their own courier , (outright lie) I had a photo of my return clearly at their premises and a proof of return signature. Seller then ignored my emails and refused to send the correct item and refused to refund me. Weeks later, I gave them plenty of opportunity to correct matters but leisure power decided to put their fingers in their ears and hope I’d forget this £700 purchase. Barclaycard fraud department were contacted and only then did this bogus seller refund my money.
Disgusting service , hopefully companies like this don’t get to continue. Save yourself the time and money by not buying from this outfit . I have proof of emails , tracking, signatures, , photos from the courier , seller even created a fake tracking number to tell me a replacement was on its way, this was also a lie as the tracking number was cancelled an hour later after an email was sent by the seller to say they had sent it. More lies.

All the positive reviews on this page must be fake. These guys are TERRIBLE, its basically a scam site. They took my money, you cannot speak to them on the phone they have "closed their customer service department". No product after 7 days, no emails, says I cannot cancel the order.

Awful company. Refuse to take customer service calls and will only take emails and take 4 working days to respond. When I explained the my issues which was I received no tracking info for delivery of an urgent piece of equipment for a project and after a failed delivery of which I had no idea it was coming it was sent to a local store for collection but without tracking info I couldn’t find the parcel. They had nothing to say. I would never buy anything from this company again. If you are a trade customer avoid !
