I've made attempts with varying success to bake sourdough. After a full day in Keith's Introducing Sourdough class I'm looking forward to stepping up a gear. The range of loaves baked, skills and advice were all excellent; the day, including lunch rewarding. Looking forward to tossing flour around again soon.

We had the Ukrainian Pampushky bread last week, along with the Babka again.
Both excellent, especially the Pampushky. Well done also for raising money to help Ukraine. Bernard

I have bought several different loaves from Lekito over the past few weeks. All of them have been delicious; tasty and well made.
Ordering was easy on the website, Keith was helpful and answered my questions promptly, collection was straightforward. I'm glad to support a local independent business, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had high expectations for this class since my attendance at Keith’s Introduction to Bread class earlier in the summer & I was not disappointed! We baked a huge selection of Italian breads under Keith’s guidance, which were all absolutely delicious. Great baking and enhanced by the Specials. The Tarts and other special orders are always excellent and the bread is always superb.

One of the best bakeries where you find well made bread.
Their caramelised apple pie is the most delicious you can try 🤤🤤
And their orders and delivery service never let me down.

We have found that the quality of all of the Lekito products that we have purchased has been particularly high and consistent and have become regular customers over the last year or so.
We also like the variety of breads and cakes offered by Lekito and invariably buy the weekly "specials." Jess forgot to add I would love a "Rocky Road" special sometime but every Friday is the treat day that I look forward to and I'm never disappointed!

Fantastic local produce! Would recommend highly! Yummy bread with a really nice range of products. Weekly choice of cake. All freshly made. Delivered to the door with a very friendly smile! Kept me going through lockdown and now I can’t get through the week without this!

Lekito bakery has become our main purveyor of bread during the last 12+ months. Keith produces a scrumptious range of products and we have to be careful not to over-order; his online shop also features the chance for us to include tea-time treats, which vary from week to week, in our orders - to date, all have been very tasty ... We have a recurring diary entry for Saturday mornings to place our next week's order .. If you haven't tried Keith's wares, go on, give them a go!

I am a regular customer who lives locally in Guildford and able to benefit from the wonderful selection that Keith offers from his microbakery near the town centre.

As a disabled customer, it is a great convenience that he does deliveries, which means that I can "treat" myself to some of the more indulgent patisserie from time to time.

His hand made, true to origin breads are a real delight and cover the range from classic authentic sourdough to traditional French pain rustique and Italian focaccia.
We are so fortunate to have this facility in out locality.
