My experience with LEMAN USA did not meet reasonable commercial expectations for time-sensitive air freight services.

I retained LEMAN USA for air freight, customs clearance, and final delivery to my warehouse. The shipment was time-sensitive and all required fees were paid promptly. However, after payment was made, approximately two weeks passed before the cargo was placed in transit by air.

Following arrival in the United States, the shipment remained undelivered for several additional days, despite prior communications indicating scheduled delivery and expected timelines. Based on the information provided to me throughout the process, I was given multiple projected delivery dates. Those projected dates were not met, and delivery timelines were adjusted several times.

Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and reactive rather than proactive. Updates were often provided only after follow-up inquiries, and the estimated delivery dates previously communicated were not fulfilled.

As a direct consequence of these delays, my business experienced lost sales opportunities and financial impact. For a logistics provider handling time-sensitive freight, reliability, accuracy of information, and transparent communication are essential.

While I understand that delays can occur in international logistics, the pattern of missed projected timelines and lack of proactive communication in this instance fell below reasonable professional standards.

Based solely on my experience with this shipment, I would exercise caution before engaging their services for time-sensitive freight.

Har en palle til levering fra Polen, sendt fra fabrikken med Raben som overgiver al dansk pallegods til LEMAN, hos LEMAN modtog man den 4 juni kl 20.49 med udbringning i dag den 6 juni. LEMAN overgiver en del pallegods til Esbjerg Gods som havde modtaget information om pallen og booket den på bilen til i dag. Men LEMAN kom ikke med pallen, nu ved de måske hvor den er og den kommer i næste uge.
Amatørfirma uden nogen som helst respekt for de butikker som mangler deres varer.

Worst experience and customer service ever trying to deliver a package on dry ice from US to DK.
Had to do the paperwork for them, couldn't figure out what we needed and where the package was. Eventually got returned!
Never again!

stay far away from this shipping company! they smashed 3 out of 6 pallets they had to ship for me and they only wanted to cover one of their shipping damages!
