I’ve been dealing with bloating and gas issues for at least 2 years and at first I thought “that’s just how I am now” but over time I realized that my issue isn’t normal and I went to see my doctor. She told me to try cutting out certain foods like dairy to see if the problem goes away but nothing made it better. I wouldn’t say the problem is completely gone but at this rate with continued use I am confident that it will be.
