I thought they were good on buying side…
I thought they were good on buying side . HOWEVER I returned a bass drum on 28-05-26 and am still awaiting a refund of £145 . Today is 24-08-26. My total order was over £500. I sent an email on 20-05-26 to say I'd like to return the item , as they say they like to know . This got no reply . I sent the BD via R Mail , fearing I'd have it too long for Lemon to consider a refund . It was unused . On 22-07-26 I emailed to ask if they'd issued a refund . This wasn't replied to ( I do check spam ) . On/around 17-08-26 I rang Lemon , speaking to Chris . He said he was sorry and would get onto it . On 17-08-26 I received email saying and appearing to show issue of a refund , with the BD crossed out of a copy of my invoice . Presuming the refund to be issued electronically I checked my account soon after and on several days since . I can't see any refund into my bank account , having paid by debit card . I've emailed Lemon several times to ask about the money in the week since and these emails haven't been answered either . I'm concerned as I can't just write off £145 and I find this process anxiety making . I've just rung them , speaking to Caleb on 24-08-26 . I hope for some positive development soon .

Thank you for your review, Matthew. We are genuinely sorry that there has been a breakdown in communication regarding your return and refund, and we completely understand your frustration at not seeing the £145 back in your account.
We would, however, like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. Your refund was processed by us on 17th August, as promised, following your telephone conversation with us. We also emailed you that same day to confirm that the refund had been issued.
The difficulty arose because, when you initially told us you wished to return the bass drum, we were unable to subsequently locate the returned item in our returns process. Unfortunately, we do occasionally have customers who notify us that they intend to return an item and subsequently decide to keep it without telling us. This can create confusion when an item is later returned, and on this occasion it appears to have contributed to the delay in processing your refund.
We appreciate that this does not make the situation any less frustrating for you, and we apologise that some of your subsequent emails were not responded to as promptly as they could have been.
We contacted you again on 24th August to confirm that the refund had been issued on 17th August, before this review was posted. Once a card refund has been processed by us, the time taken for the funds to appear in a customer's account is unfortunately outside our control and is determined by the card issuer/banking system. We have not retained your £145 and the refund has already been released from our side.
We are sorry that this situation has caused you anxiety and frustration, but we hope this clarifies that the refund was processed by Lemon Cymbals as promised on 17th August and that any remaining delay is with the banking/card processing system.

I have finally received the items that were inexplicably left out of the originally placed order. I don't know what the mix-up was, and explanation was given.
I have ordered from lemon cymbals UK, in the past and without issue. I'm not detered from ordering again, in the future.

Major upgrade for my E-kit
Aside from the digital snare on my Roland, the Lemon two-piece hi hat is the best upgrade for my e-kit. Great feel and realism.

I purchased 215 inch lemon symbols also…
I purchased 215 inch lemon symbols also 12 inch high hats. The 12 inch high hats have had no problem at all. Great response great Phil however the 215 inch lemon symbols of both felt and also the Edge is all coming away as I’ve been in and out of hospital over the last 14 months I’ve only been able to do about 12 gigs and I’ve tried to contact lemon on several occasions and can’t get through to them. I did not consider the customer service is very good, especially after I’ve still own a rolling symbol which I’ve had for the last 15 1/2 years and it’s still performing properly.

Hello Derek. We have tried contacting you several times about this review, but have not heard back from you. We have no record of you buying any Lemon cymbals from us, but you have bought mesh heads from us in the past which I trust are performing well for you.
I think you may be getting your wires crossed here, as I think you may have bought these cymbals from another retailer and it is them who you need to contact in regards to warranty etc.
Please can I ask that you update or remove this review, as it does not apply accurately to our business. We have asked Trustpilot to step in too, so if you get a message or email from them, please could you respond?

Amazing for the price
Now I've played the cymbal for a while I find it just as good as the original at a about a quarter of the price.... Can't fault it in any way considering how much cheaper it is
