My first time ordering from Le Monde Beryl was disappointing. I placed order #21406 for the Babouche Kitten Heels on October 16, 2026, but by October 24th I had not received a shipping confirmation, tracking information, or any updates through the Shop app. I even received an email stating that I should have already received my order, despite it not having arrived or showing any indication that it had shipped. I contacted customer service for clarification regarding the order status, tracking information, and expected delivery date, but the lack of communication has been concerning.

As per the review below, I found these comfortable and received compliments, but they've lasted no more than 15 wears, wearing them for a few hours at a time. There is simply not enough room at the toe box and the leather used is too fine for the purpose. Thankfully they split before leaving the house! This is hugely disappointing for the price - they retail at £375!

I absolutely love the design and style of Le Monde Béril shoes. Every time I wore them, I received compliments and constantly recommended the brand to people asking where I got them.
However, after wearing them for only one spring/summer season, I was shocked to find holes starting to appear on the shoes. Given the price point and the brand's reputation, I expected much better quality and longevity.
What is even more disappointing is that I reached out to their customer service team for advice on how to care for or repair them, and I never received a response. It’s really a shame because the designs are stunning, but the lack of durability and customer support makes it hard to recommend them.
