I based myself off other people’s reviews to hire lemon law group. They are so straightforward and communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. I thought it would be a headache and it was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Hopefully my review helps somebody else make the same decision.

I contacted this firm today about representation during my arbitration hearing on August 9 against FCA US, LLC. After I submitted my online request someone called me back within about 20 minutes which was excellent. However, after hearing that I had already started the arbitration process and had a hearing date set already they told me that they wouldn't be able to help me unless I was unsatisfied with my arbitration decision and wanted to go to small claims court. I asked if they knew of any law firms that would represent someone who had already begun the arbitration process and the individual I spoke to said no. At this point I have spoken to 25 different law firms and they all say the same thing, "we can't help until you're headed to court." I don't know why this may be but my assumption is that if you are a responsible vehicle owner who knows their rights and starts arbitration without them they lose their ability to negotiate their fee being paid by the manufacturer instead of the consumer.

TLDR; Contact them before you start arbitration or you won't be able to be represented by them.

I was having consistent trouble with a misfire code where it happened 3 times on my Mustang GT, I was getting irritated of taking it to the shop plenty of times which is why I contacted Lemon Law Group and was partnered with Hannah which gave excellent service and the results for the claim were great.

After trying for a year to have my vehicle fixed a coworker gave me the law firm's information. I contacted the office and was assisted in a quick manner in getting my vehicle not only serviced (even the a small issue continues) but compensation for it even though they took their fee off my settlement which I wasn't happy about. ****Update****I took my car in again due to my dissatisfaction with the dealer - and finally the situation was better no disregard to the Lemon Law Group. **In the end it's a happy resolve. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! They tell you that you have a great case to lure you in and then do the upfront easy work. When any kind of resistance from manufactuer they dump you. My truck was in the shop for over 30 days straight, not to metion all the other times. I asked them why they dumped us they told me it was because my warranty was over. I told them i still had 25000 miles on my warranty. Then they told me it still had to many miles!!! They new the milage when they took the case!! I think they should be investigated. I lost my buisness because of RAM AND LEMONLAWGROUP.

I was in a terrible situation with my 2018 Ford Fiesta that I purchased from Grieco Ford of Fort Lauderdale. The Transmission Malfunction Light came on dashboard and the dealer attempted to fix it several times to no avail.I made two phone calls the one before LLGP didn't answer and I was surprised to have lemon law group answer me.The case with Randy Dunbar, Rachel Cichowic and Leonel Sanchez went pretty quickly. I sent them documents through email and they throughly explained the options that were available to me and within less than two months I ended with great results.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone who was sold a lemon vehicle !

The quiz process was fine. Called after maybe 3 minutes. If the vehicle has high mileage they will not help you. Regardless if it was from a dealership, new or used regardless of how many miles you put on it as the owner for that time period. On the website it says they can recommend or find you services available if they cannot help you. He stated he could not refer me to anyone who could help, or give advice on the best situation that was all he could do and a “yep”. Rude. Not helpful, not trying very hard either.

I'm extremely satisfied with this office's practices, expertise and dedication! Special shot out to Randy Dunbar. He's great and I would recommend thier firm to anyone struggling with a true lemon!! Ty!!
