Return process a bit cumbersome
Quality of the pieces I bought was not as expected. You need to email them to be able to return since there’s no information about the return address. It took a couple of days but when they answered the return process was quite smooth.

Tvivlsom kvalitet af klemmer
Jeg elsker deres hårklemmer, som er virkelig smukke. Desværre har jeg prøvet at de går i stykker relativ hurtigt. Den første jeg havde fra dem gik i stykker efter 1/2 år, og den nyeste gik i stykker allerede efter 3 timer. Det er selve den midterste del af klemmen som går i stykker. Kundeservice skrev tilbage, at fordi klemmen var udsolgt, så kunne de ikke sende en ny, men tilbyde pengene retur.
Jeg forsøgte så selv at lime klemmen sammen i den side hvor den er gået i stykker, hvilket fiksede den, men nu er den så gået i stykker i modsatte side alligevel... så smukt design, fin kundeservice, men kan desværre ikke sige god for kvaliteten af klemmerne.

The necklace was damaged during shipment, and a full refund has already been issued, as confirmed over email.
We therefore don’t recognize the claim that no refund or reply was provided.

Fantastic package!
It was a lovely package! Thank you so much for the care and love with which the jewellery was packaged. My correspondence prior to buying the items was great! You were very prompt and helpful :) The items were securely packaged too. I loved the little decorative details inside too.

My experience with this brand is pretty…
My experience with this brand is pretty good. I love the fact that the products came exactly the same as it looks on website. One of my products the resin or glaze was set a bit funny on my necklace. Other than that and I'm from Australia did take a while to get here.
