They don't reply to problems with products. Bras were called beige,but were bright, ugly orange. I want to return, at their expense, and my money back not an honest business

I wore them THREE TIMES!!

First time- fine
Second time a run in the seat
The third time, a run so long and wide, it looked like train tracks!

I was so embarrassed! I was at work! I made a quick joke about running for office and ran to the ladies room to throw on a cheaper pair I had on hand for this emergency! I spent $20 on those cheap things! What a rip off! Oh and to pour salt in the wound, they just fit when my goal was to buy them a little too big. Imagine if I had purchased my size. They would have been completely too small!

Save yourself a few bucks in this weird economy, go to your nearest department store and buy cheaper nylons with better quality. This was definitely false advertisement.

Wish there was a zero in rating. This company is a scam.Merchandise I ordered has no size atall. They are so huge that no normal women can wear. Instead of 34,35,36… it is Large, xl, xxl, xxxl…..what nonsense is this? When u order you see normal sizes, must have copied from some website. Wanted to return but no one replies. Very very frustrated. Lost all that money.

I ordered their indestructible pantyhose. They ripped the first time I put them on. When I contacted customer service about returning them, I was told I would be required to pay postage a second time to return the defective products and scan a picture of the post office tracking number and send it with the returned products. The warehouse that they asked that I return the product to is actually a home in a residential neighborhood in GA. I'm not sure what game they're playing, but please don't waste your time and money ordering anything from Lena Wear. If zero stars was an option, I would definitely choose that instead. I opted to accept their 70% refund without returning the products, but I have my doubts about receiving anything. ***Update: I did receive the 70% refund within the 3-5 business days as promised.

Was very excited to receive their indestructible panty hose. I received them and finally got my opportunity to wear them. As I pulled them on, they immediately ripped! Not sure what I got but it wasn’t what the advertisement suggested! I’m now trying to get a refund. After reading the reviews, I’ll be surprised if I get anything back!

Do not purchase anything from this company! I was sent the incorrect size pants and was not able to return them. I was promised a 70% credit on the items well over two weeks ago. After more than 12 hours of phone calls and emails, there has still been nothing done. What good is the wrong size pants? I was told I could give them away. What!!! Guess socialism will have use buy clothes for other people while we do without. What a lesson to positively AVOID ordering from LenaWear.

I'm so sorry I sent the review to the wrong company. So so sorry. Was trying to send review to lenawear somehow got this company be mistake. Again I'm sorry. Please tell me how to remove the bad review. Thanks.

OK…7th March this year I gave them 5* as I was so so delighted with my beach coverup. Delivery was fast too. So so delighted that I bought another one (£30 via ApplePay for a gift) on 15th July. Money taken. Order acknowledged. Since then I’ve heard NOTHING! I’ve sent several chasing emails, NO response. Silence. NO acknowledgment. Came on here to see what buyers are saying and I’m guessing they’ve now gone bust. 3 months later, I’ve now been successful in getting a refund via my credit card.

I'd give them a zero if it was an option! Wrong item delivered, in February, and they just ignored my multiple emails and messages through their website. Absolutely shocking company!

AVOID this company. Sent completely wrong item and I have contacted them many times since February.
Only one response back requesting photos as proof of their error.
Not heard from the company since - they ignore all emails.

Finally got 1 pair of pants and they were horrible. Called for a return and they don’t want them back or give a full refund. Well I guess 50% is better than nothing….. not quite what I was expecting when I wanted to return the product for not being at all as advertised. Most uncomfortable fit I have ever had in a pair of pants. No ability to bend over or use the extra pockets since there is no flex or room, once you put them on. Really poor quality and delivery 1 of 6 pair only made it. Totally missed the mark.

SCAM! Gave 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars!!! Quality is terrible and customer service won't respond (I've tried 4 different times).

Avoid! Website makes it look like a uk or Australian company but it’s Chinese cheap quality shipped from abroad. Impossible to return as no returns process except for emailing. And of course they don’t respond to your email. I wish I did more research before I was sucked into the social media adverts for this faceless company.

I love my beach coverup. The material and print are exactly like the images in your Instagram ads. I bought a long sleeve one as they are slightly bigger. However, I really could’ve done with another 4-5” around the hips! I’ve asked if you’d consider making a plus size range in your best sellers and you’ve said this isn’t available. I wish you’d change your mind. I’m sure there’s a market out there for it. Us larger ladies want to cover up on the beach too! 😀

Ordered the bundle of two long beach throws for gifts and liked them so much I ordered one for me too. Nice, light, good material and stylish. Friends love them too! I ordered two yellow and one black and white. No problem at all ordering or delivering. Recommended.

Edit 2 : I’m just a normal consumer wanting products to match their descriptions. I’m angry that I’ve been deceived and part of this was the incorrect delivery info they gave me. This was advertised as a linen / cotton blend. It’s not. It’s synthetic 100%. The reason they probably lie is so that they can justify a price higher than the item is worth.
Edit 1: so turns out they are disorganised and gave me incorrect tracking details. The goods did arrive but nothing like the description on their site. They claim that the garments are a cotton Linen blend. They are not. It’s polyester. They also tell customers that the goods are shipped from Australia. Not true. It’s from China which is fine but they aren’t being honest. They are priced as a quality item but in fact is cheap polyester shipped from China prob worth no more that $20.
Don’t waste your time and money.

They Scam social media and website. Purchase and they send fake tracking details and nothing is delivered of course. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so working through a refund.
