Rude customer service was a potential returning customer
I had a loan with them and paid it off a few months early. I was in the process of starting another one and called in to ask a question. The customer service rep immediately gave a long sigh when I said I had a quick question and said "what is it?!?" With an annoyed tone behind it. I said NVM I don't need this and chose not to give them another dime.

Everything was speedy about the loan. There was no problems. You all are doing an excellent job. The guy I talked to on the phone was nice and courteous. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Great company to do business with! Got the money within a very few minutes!!

I dislike the fact after getting only a fraction of the approved amount, (which wasn't enough to do what I got the loan for) you cant add funds to the principle amount even though only got 400 out of the 2000 approved amount, so unfortunately the 400 wasn't quite enough for what I needed the loan for smdh, so until policies change... 3☆ it is

Our loans are designed to meet short‑term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long‑term financial solution. Because of this, interest is calculated and prorated daily based on the outstanding balance. Many customers choose to pay their loan off early, often within days or weeks, which can significantly reduce the total cost. Extra payments are applied directly to the principal, and since interest is prorated daily, lowering the principal as early as possible helps save money and allows the loan to be paid off sooner. There are no penalties for early payoff, and customers may make additional payments at any time using a bank account or debit card through their online account or by calling Customer Service.
We also offer a rewards program that many customers find helpful. Through special promotional emails, customers can earn rewards points that may be saved up and redeemed for gift cards to popular retailers or applied directly toward paying down a loan balance. Applying rewards to a loan can reduce the principal balance, which in turn lowers the interest accrued and helps pay the loan off faster. Our website automatically tracks payments, balances, and prorated interest, making it easy to see how extra payments and rewards impact the loan in real time.
Many customers receive same‑day or next‑day funding, which helps resolve immediate financial needs quickly. They are the worst idea. I could never sign up with this company because of the over priced predatory loans, that has people filing complaints, chapter 11 to suicide. I hate that they practice this form of borrowing. And I'm doing everything I can to let others know to steer clear from this company, before it's too late.

OK. People must be real desperate to apply for a loan at 500% interest rate. I guess this is how the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Sad. I'm really not that desperate.
So instead of a denial of the 500% interest rate, Lendumo says it's my fault the interest rate is so high. No - I am not taking this on me. You all are crooks. Think twice befor taking a loan with these crooks.
