I like helpful staff and rewards
I like how helpful staff are with loan terms and completion. But I like the rewards the best because I can get a gift card by the time my loan is paid off. That's very cool.

I paid with a debit card thought it wouldn’t still be pending payment.

Rate is to high
Rate is to high. Amount per payment is not parallel with others. It was on a weekend and bank was closed so gave this company a try. Fast service, same day deposit with legit verifications along the way. The agent I spoke to was very professional, spoke clearly and willing to pause during the sales pitch to answer any questions. I will definitely consider using them in the future if such a issue would arise again.
