Such great customer service! Got a rip in my tights, they emailed me same day and got me a replacement pair sent out! Will continue to shop with them with seamless service.

Mine ripped within the first 5 hours of wearing them. I did contact Les Belles already but haven’t heard back. I was sad they didn’t make it past the time my target tights would as I usually get at least one season out of those which are a 1/3 of the price.

They claim their thights are very strong. Second time I wore them, there was two holes in them, so they were not wearable anymore as they are black. I asked for a refund, but the email that they advertise is not in service.

I really enjoy them! I have only tried them a few times yet, but they are quite soft and the fact that they are no seams is incredible when wearing them with tight clothes. I recommend!

When they arrived they seemed great but I wasn't able to try them because it's been negative degrees outside until this weekend. So I decided to wear them to the movies with my family the other day. They seemed amazing at first, fit was perfect, stretchy enough, soft, sheer. Everything you'd want in a tight. When I got home I went to take them off and I noticed there were holes in the thigh. Like big holes, they weren't running or anything they just kind of appeared and i have no idea how. Sh*t happens, no big deal, maybe I got a defective pair, so I reach out to customer service with no response. So I left a review on facebook and finally someone talked to me and they told me to email. I told them I did, then they asked for my order number. Then they disappeared again. I wanted a replacement, but I wasn't able to contact anyone. So I left another FB review, the same thing happened. All of the sudden I get an email saying I have a refund from them.
I reached out because I was upset and the customer service rep was really rude for someone who didn't communicate whatsoever.
I don't know if it's all their tights, but don't believe the hype. I am so blown away by the amount of ads I get from them promising quality, and then not even trying to rectify the issue - and then also being so rude. No excuse.

This company is top notch. Not only are the products exactly as described and comfortable to wear the customer service is above and beyond . Thank you again for the excellent service .

I have four pairs of tights. Two sheer (one black one nude) fit great very comfortable don’t tear. Received double net, fit well long enough. Received plush tights- those did not fit. Made for someone under 5’ less than 100lbs. I’m 5’8” 150 lbs didn’t fit, gave them to friend-5’4” 130 she still couldn’t pull up all the way- gave them to a child. But otherwise I love the tights

I love Les Belles! I'm a heavy user of tights during the long winter months in New York, and of course the regular ones usually last 1 - 2 wears at the most -- waste of money! I've also tried another brand that claims to be unrippable, but they still get snagged and snag marks showing the tights' poor quality. Then, I tried Les Belles and I am beyond impressed (this is NOT a paid review or a bot). I love the quality of these, they don't rip, they don't snag, and on top of it, they are very comfortable! Super high quality, amazing look, and their customer service is the nicest group of people. I am a big fan!

My biggest complaint with tights is a rolling waist band. These have a wider waist that won't roll down. I was worried because I accidentally order a small when I meant to order a medium (I'm on the cusp), but it turned out fine. Haven't worn them enough to speak on their durability so fingers crossed there.

The tights are incredibly comfortable but I noticed a snag-like flaw upon wearing them the first time. I reached out to the company to express my disappointment and they said it was likely a manufacturing flaw. They asked me to send a picture of the flaw. The were incredibly speedy with their response and sent me a replacement pair within the hour. Incredibly impressed by the company and their customer service.

I ordered tights and never received ANYTHING. Reached out to the company twice with no reply. Never again.

My pair of dots noir developed a run, and Les Belles replaced them for free. I will continue to purchase their products.

Great company to deal with, I will certainly do business with them again.

I got the classics. They look good and feel good, but they do slide down my hips and they ripped at the hip the first time I was putting them on. So not as durable as they advertise.

These tights have an incredible feel to them, like no other tights I've ever worn. No seam, great fit and so soft. I've purchased about 4 pairs now and they are my go to tights!

I bought two, and the seam across the buttocks is extremely uncomfortable. I will not buy again.

This is my second order and I have to say I’m still equally impressed! The grey tights are amazing and the previous pairs have all held up! I think it’s safe to say with their quality, service and comfort I’m going to be a loyal fan!

I made my order during their Black Friday deal, where if I ordered two I got a free mystery pair. My items came separately- 5 weeks and 7 weeks after ordering. I have never seen my mystery pair. I contacted them twice but I never heard from them. The tights are great but the company sucks. EDIT: I have communicated with the company’s CEO and she explained the unexpected difficulties experienced during the holiday sale, and she extended a gift card to make up for my issue. I really appreciate accountability and that will keep me a customer.

I bought these tights for the first time a couple of months ago and I am obsessed! They are so comfortable and durable. I have long nails which historically has always ripped easily through other tights, but these are so well made! I will be buying more!

I ordered a pair of black polka dot tights and I absolutely love the way they look and feel and fit. Unfortunately they tore the first day wearing them so I wrote the company and they said it was likely a product defect and are sending me a new pair right away. They were very quick to respond and very nice and professional.
