Is this integrity I'm sensing??? 9month old small business owner here. Getting started, I have been sucked into many a disappointing/scam subscription and have had to set up some base rules after learning things the hard way. Example: use the entire free trial period and only sign up for the one month subscription (you know - bc that reduced annual one has a no-refund policy attached in the event of any issues....). I am 3 days short of my free trial with LA ending and am loving the simplicity for my minimal needs - with options to add automations, forms, and custom fields - along with pipeline management. Yes, other providers offer these things but make it SOOOO complex to utilize - there is definite training needed for use. But with LA it is so user friendly and common sensical - like the next logical step is the actual step! I knew in my first few days of use I was going to sign up.
As I went to start the subscription I noticed - weird. $15 a month or $180 a year ($15x12)?....no gimmicky sales lures? Just $15...at my convenience?
With three days left I figured I would just sign up today (so I didn't miss it) and eat the last 3 trial days. After inputting my information it showed my next due date was 3/26 - in 3 days. With the the subscription installment due so close to signing up, I assumed (based on my experiences with the ways other companies operate in this space) they were back-charging me for my trial now and then charging me again my next month in 3 days....BUT NOPE!! Imagine my surprise that they were still honoring the additional 3 free days of my trial before billing my new subscription!

Just WOW - simple, easy to use, transparent, and fair? Could this be true? I am impressed and if this isn't a fairytale - I just may be a lifer! :)

I eventually outgrew this CRM, but it served my startup well for about three years. It's great if you just need a simple CRM to track your sales funnels. While it lacks powerful automations & such, it does all the basics and at a good price point. Seems to be a nice team behind it too, always were responsive.

We are a small company with under a dozen employees. LessannoyingCRM is everything we need it to be. After reading reviews, checking out demos, and watching dozens of videos, we chose LACRM. It was a great decision! Behind great software is an amazing team. They are all friendly, helpful, FAST, courteous and overall fantastic. Very very happy customer!

Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) meets my current needs very well and I'm glad I chose it, after reading various reviews and blogs online.

It helps me keep on top of my To-Do-Lists, be they work or personal tasks, allowing me to schedule reminders, calls, meetings etc, along with the calendar feature to book in future events and appointments.

Having important contacts within the CRM has helped me to improve on the quality of engagements and relationships over time, by providing more structure to commumications, aswell as the ability to note important info, details and ideas.

Being able to write notes during or following conversations is very useful and helps keep me up to speed on multiple lines of communication, without having to rely so much on my own memory. Progressing Leads/Sales is straightforward too. There are many other features but at the moment those are the ones I benefit from the most.

I have used more specialised CRM's before, designed with industry specific operations and workflows in mind and they couldn't be replaced by LACRM, so it isn't going to suit everyones needs.

I think LACRM is a very good versatile alternative for more generalised use, and I would recommend giving it a try. The staff seem very helpful indeed, and although I haven't had any real issues, I get the impression that their customer service is another strong point in their favor. Whilst it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRM's i've come across, it really is less annoying in alot of ways too and I could possibly stretch my rating to 4.5 stars.

A very good value. Not the normal bloated and overpriced product. Yet very versatile and the reason I give them 5 stars is excellent service along with a great price. Their people are always ready to help you figure out the best way to do something. Highly recommend!

Great program - has really simplified my contact management. And, you can't beat the price.

After trying to subscribe to MS Dynamics which is 10 times or more the price for over two months, I set up with LACRM in less than 5 mins and used all the online videos to implement special requirements.

The folks are simply wonderfully helpful!
