Our Mortgage Experience
Our Mortgage Advisor, Kitty, was excellent throughout the process of remortgaging our home and buying the detached new build home of our dreams. We found Kitty to be knowledgeable, professional and competent in her job. She patiently took us step by step throughout the journey from enquiry to completion, and where there were delays or hitches she managed them efficiently.
It was truly a less stress mortgage experience for us.

Outstanding Service – Kirthika Has Gone Above and Beyond
I had an excellent experience working with Milly and Kirthika throughout my mortgage process. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive.
They kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly and were always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something followed up. The whole process was handled efficiently and made far less stressful because of their support.
I particularly want to mention Kirthika, who has genuinely gone above and beyond. Her level of service, communication and willingness to help has been exceptional. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has consistently taken the time to explore the best options, answer my questions and keep things moving.
The experience was so positive that Kirthika is now working with me on multiple other mortgages, which probably says more than anything else about the level of trust I have in her. She continues to be proactive, dependable and extremely helpful across each case, including some that are more complicated than a straightforward mortgage.
Milly was also excellent throughout, and together they provided a very professional service from beginning to end.
I would have no hesitation recommending Milly and Kirthika to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely committed mortgage brokers. A very well-deserved 5 stars.
