It never worked for me, never answered my emails.
Only took my money!

Terrible experience. Have twice tried to contact them to 'validate my account' through their email and had no response whatsoever. Bear in mind that their website says that they will contact you within 2 hours - I've heard nothing in two weeks! This is bad news as I already have money on account with them.

My advice would be to avoid - this looks like a scam on a big scale

I signed up hoping I had found an alternative to Skype and added a small amount of credit to test the system. It didn't work because I had not received an authentication email. In this case I was advised to email info(at)letsbrik to resolve the issue but there was no response to 3 emails after I waited a full weekend, although they claim to respond inside 2 hours. When I decided to try the help phone number instead, it had disappeared from the website. I will now write off my experience.

I signed up with letsBrik and added money to my account to make calls to international landlines. However, I was unable to make calls from either my laptop nor from my mobile (please be aware only android phones are supported, iphone is not supported). The only form of contact is an email address which receives no response. I do not recommend signing up; there is no 'try before you buy' option so you have no idea whether the service will work until after you have paid, at which point there is not much you can do.

Do NOT give your money. When you sign in and buy credit, you will not be able to make a call. The help number provided does not answer and goes to a nameless mail box. The email that said will be answered in 2 hours is a lie.
