Great HR support in addition to training and conferences

It's the people at Catapult that make the experience great. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of explaining situations in a way that’s easy to understand. We have been members for many years and plan to continue being members for many more.

The services and support provided by Catapult have consistently been top tier! As a C-Suite HR Leader, the trusted feedback and resources readily available by Catapult has proven over several years to be incredibly valuable. I am a huge fan of Catapult. As a matter of fact, membership is a condition of employment for me. Catapult serves as an amazing resource for HR professionals, especially those with smaller teams or a department of one. Need a handbook revised? They do that. Want to do a comp analysis? They do that. Ready to upgrade your hiring and onboarding processes? They can also help with that and so much more. In addition to all the amazing services Catapult provides, there is an awesome community of members who are willing to share advice, policies, templates, etc. Catapult really does make the HR professionals life easier.

Overall, good conference. There is an opportunity to bring in additional perspectives that impact HR. Two panels really stand out- key note speaking Katherine von Jan and her experience in the tech sector and Laura Ullrich and her experience in labor economics.
HR needs to fully understand how such forces impact the workplace, adding additional content like this, and additional sessions from HR practitioners would make for a robust conference. Add a third day, extend the conference day, but incorporating more content would make this a 5 star event

I loved the setup of the keynote speakers with the specialized breakout sessions. The conference has been very informative and thought provoking for what I can do at my own company. It’s also great to network with peers about what is working for them and think about how I can apply that to our business. I was also excited to hear about the new HR Certifications and I will be speaking with my VP about signing up!

Really enjoyed the overall content and conversations at the 2026 Catapult Conference. The sessions on AI were especially interesting and focused less on fear of the technology and more on how organizations can use it thoughtfully and responsibly. I also appreciated the discussions around recruiting and retaining employees across different generations, changing workplace expectations, and preparing for an aging workforce. Overall, a very informative conference with a lot of relevant and practical takeaways.

Catapult is a great resource. Anytime I’ve had questions or need clarity, the Catapult team has responded quickly, detailed, and with great customer service. Catapult has been an important resource for me as a growing HR professional and support for my companies leadership growth!

I enjoyed the presentations related to AI and the future of AI in the workplace. The legal update presented by Charlotte Smith was insightful. Bruce Tulgan was great and did a great job keeping the audience engaged. Thanks for the great selection of food and the networking opportunities both during the conference and at the evening reception.

It is less than 5 stars because the last speaker of day 1 basically said HR will be automated and obsolete. She really dampened my day by talking about a really bleak future. It really made my opinion on AI go down.

Fantastic Day 1, looking forward to information being provided for day 2. Breakouts are fantastic, I want to go to multiple at one time.. tough decision on the best one for my company! :)
