Holiday to Antalya August 2025!

I was a very difficult customer but Ray bless him he was so patient from day one of planning our trip . The holiday to Thailand went smoothly
The holiday to Thailand went smoothly. Flights and hotels all just beautiful.
Good value for money.
There was a few misunderstandings with a previous agent Emma but Ray tried his best to sort it out.
Overall it was a huge success and I’d definitely book with this agent again.
Emirates flights and high class hotels with great views and breakfast. We had an absolute blast.

Me and my friend
Me and my friend, we were two girls went on a trip to Turkey in April 2025, our travel agent Ray Carlson arranged everything for us including flights, hotels and hotel pick ups.

Steve was helpfull and arranged…
Steve was helpfull and arranged everything perfectly but, you should be carefull with the locations and Hotels are immoral and Poor quality animation,no activities at all,no help with your luggage.As we went for all inclusive hotel they asked for everything extra. The hotel we went was all inclusive but they asked extra for sauna and hamam and didn't let us relax at all. They didn't even let us have a rest in it and hotel stuff was extremely rude. Also agency and the hotel had inconvenience about the check in and check out dates and the hotel locked our rooms and didn't let us get in to our rooms for a while and we were not able to reach Steve. It was unbearable and had never such a disgusting experience before. Even we had voucher in hand they said we don't care about your voucher go and fix it with your Steve it is not our problem and as Steve was not working nobody covered him even be came back he could t solve it and also they couldn't make our flight check in even we informed in advance both ways we had to pay 15 pound extra for each passanger which was not acceptable. Even Steve was helpfull it won't bring my catastrophe holiday back and they were not well organised and not good communication. Please stay away form white gold spa hotel. It is not even in Antalya. It is in Alanya, it doesn't urge 5 star at all. Nothing to do at hofel no good food, no activities, very bad attitude poor quality, poor conditions. Also you may have difficulty to reach your agency and they may not protect you and you may suddenly be asked to check out. It was the worst holiday I have ever done...
