Hello I’d like to put a review in of this lovely lady. She was extremely helpful and kind. The fact she went out of her way to help me cancel a previous subscription as I replaced it with a new one. She literally helped me to go through my bank and explain how to do it step by step. To avoid any extra payments being taken out. Such a lovely lady and so very kind. Id be so happy to have again in the future.

Max was extremely helpful and down to earth made me feel very relaxed and was relatable which is really nice when your a customer as these things can be overwhelming. Definitely a down to earth chap and knows what he is doing, was very informative but not intimidating which is very uncommon at times. This really helped me to understand the process. Can tell one day he continue to move up.

Jack was a lovely member of staff really helpful and talkative. Really appreciate that he sorted the problem for me while being extremely helpful.

These three members of staff are definitely going to go far in life. Not that I’m dismissive of their role as it’s extremely important and if it weren’t for them I would have struggle with this process.

Quick and easy questionnaire. Maxie was friendly, explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience easy.
