Dream process from application through to tenancy!
We have been able to see the process of our application, through to acceptance and into tenancy right the way through and the transparency has been amazing. Letting A Property have been brilliant (as has our new landlady) and we have never had any issues with getting in touch or with getting fast, helpful responses. Particular names that have stuck out are Casey (Tenancy Manager) and Ryan (I have spoke to him on the phone a few times).

They spot issues early, handle tenants with tact and clarity, and keep me fully informed without ever overloading me. Having had utter disaster with a more traditional letting agency, I have found Letting A Property and Charlotte and Casey most helpful in solving problems with my tenants. They also keep me on my toes so that I am sure to act on matters in good time.

Great experience
We had a great experience finding a rental through lettingaproperty. Very professional and communicative, timely replies and a very clear and simple process from start to finish. Relocating can be stressful but our letting coordinator Ryan made this aspect of moving feel easy. The app has also been very easy to use.

The application went on good
it a nice house and the landlord has made
someone to paint. Everything is okay and the ones which are not okay the landlord has asked someone to fix them. Everything else is fine. we really like the house.

Poor communication and management
I found this agency efficient when it came to finding and onboarding tenants, but their communication and property management were very disappointing. I had to chase them up several times, which was frustrating.
The final issue was with bathroom work arranged through one of their partners which was never resolved despite repeated assurances from Ethan, who was handling my query, I never received any proper follow-up, and the matter remained unresolved before my contract ended.
Unfortunately, based on a disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, from start to finish promised everything delivered nothing James was my contact and couldn’t supply the correct landlord code , didn’t respond to WhatsApp or calls even finally getting a dashboard the identity of the contact was different nothing happened as it should and I wanted to cancel after day one and was promised to make things better ( which they didn’t) so I cancelled, here’s the rub they want to withhold your £199 at all costs! Do not pay these people they are awful and will not refund you if you are unhappy let alone leave them in control of your biggest asset!
