World class support and great luggage

I bought a 3-piece set and unfortunately had a defect with a zipper on one of the items. The way Level8 handled this was amazing. I contacted support, and they offered to send me a brand-new replacement bag immediately. No headaches, just genuine willingness to help.
It’s easy to find good looking luggage, but hard to find this level of integrity and service. I’m a customer for life now and will definitely buy more in the future.

Excellent Customer Service & Quick Resolution

I’m really appreciative of the assistance I received from LEVEL8. I had an issue with my suitcase handle, and their customer service team responded quickly, guided me through the steps, and made the entire process stress-free. They kept me updated and sent out a replacement right away.

The professionalism, communication, and care they showed exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend LEVEL8 for both their quality products and their outstanding customer support.

Customer service went from 1 star at the beginning to 5 stars at the end.

I bought a suitcase from them. The courier company indicated that the label had been printed for the package, but then nothing happened for eight days. I contacted them and they said they had shipped the suitcase.
After a few days, there was still no change, so I wrote to them again. This time, they said they would send another one.
The next day, they wrote again to say that the color I had chosen was out of stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks for it. But they had another color in stock and could send that one if I wanted. I replied that I would accept the other color, but they should ship it within two days because they were already 10 days behind schedule.
They replied that they would ship it sometime. I asked what was preventing them from shipping it: the suitcase is in stock, I paid for it, they got their money, so why should I have to wait?
Then, a day later, they wrote again asking me to be patient, saying they would ship it sometime (they did not answer my question about why I had to wait). From this, I concluded that the other color is also out of stock and that I have to wait for the container full of suitcases to arrive at the port (probably from China).
So, I haven't received the bag yet, I can't comment on its quality, but their customer service is a big zero, that's for sure. They lie, they dodge questions, they don't answer questions, they just write some template response telling me to be patient.
I'll be patient for a little while longer, but if they don't ship the package soon, I'll start the refund process with PayPal to get my money back.
Update:
I received another tracking number from the company, saying that they had sent another suitcase to me (according to them). In my opinion, I received another tracking number, which means that they printed a DHL label, that's all. This happened two days ago, and the status of the package has not changed since then (surprise, surprise, the status of the older package has not changed in the past two weeks either, so we are still at the same point, with only the label printed, so now I can see on the package tracking page that nothing is happening with either shipment day after day. I wonder how long the person I'm corresponding with would be patient in my place (because that's what they always ask for).
Another day has passed, and still no change. I suspect that if the first package had been handed to someone who set off on foot toward me, it would have arrived within the past two weeks. I would find it funny if there weren't more than 200 euros involved in this deal.
Update: The replacement suitcase finally arrived. Fortunately, it was not damaged during shipping.
I wanted a cabin suitcase measuring 55x40x23 cm, but according to my own measurements, it is 56x39x23.4 cm, so it is slightly larger than it should be in two directions, but I will find out on my first trip whether they will allow it in the cabin.
Due to the delay, customer service first promised a 5% discount, then in another letter, a free gift box that matches the suitcase if I receive the package. Well, I received it, and I'm curious to see if they will honor any of their offers.
Update: According to my correspondence, the promised 5% refund and small gift will arrive at some point. All this without me reminding the company of their promise, so it was entirely on their own initiative. So, the initial 1 star rating ended up becoming 5 stars. The average rating is 3, as can be seen in the title. If they hadn't messed things up at the beginning, I might even have given them an excellent review. The suitcase itself looks good, by the way. We'll see how it performs in practice.

I own the whole Luminous Textured 3…

I own the whole Luminous Textured 3 Piece Set in black and lover every piece. They are beautiful and roll effortlessly. I recently broke one of the handles and had no problem with the warranty replacement. Customer service was readily available and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this luggage!

I’ve had an excellent experience with LEVEL8. Their luggage is reliable, and the customer support is outstanding. They offer lifetime warranty, and I was able to get replacement handles quickly and without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Helpful support for replacement parts

I love my 26” Voyager suitcase, so I was pretty bummed when the back bumpers went missing after my last flight.
I contacted the support team, told them about the issue, and they replied super quickly. After giving them the details of my case, they immediately arranged for the replacement parts to be sent out to me.

I honestly have zero complaints — the support team was fast, helpful, and really friendly!

I've had my 28" Voyageur for about 2…

I've had my 28" Voyageur for about 2 years now. One of the caster wheels disappeared after over 100 flights. Customer service was very fast to confirm the claim and ship out a new wheel. Excellent response time and help. Stand up company and the bags are pretty tough to boot!

Great Customer Support Team

I have complete respect for the level 8 response team. I received a damaged Hegent carry on and the team responded to my emails PROMPTLY the entire time, sent me a replacement bag, AND a complementary luggage tag.

Thank you Level 8 for your customer support when things don't always go according to plan.

Never order online!!

Never, NEVER order anything from Level 8 on a third party site like Amazon. N.E.V.E.R.!!! They will send you a box with lots of heavy packing materials, but no sign of the Elegance rolling carry on suitcase and packing cubes that you paid for. Nothing but packing materials in the box. Then they will blame the shipper, and the shipper will blame them, and you will be out almost $300 with no option for a resolution. Then they'll respond to your repeated requests for a refund or that they send the actual merchandise you paid for by closing your account.

Received a used and bruised suitcase

Very Disappointed – Poor Packaging & Damaged Product

I ordered a suitcase from Level8 and was shocked at how it arrived. FedEx delivered it completely unwrapped, with no protective packaging at all. It looked as if it had just come off a flight—dented, scratched, and bruised before I even had a chance to use it.

This shows a complete lack of care and respect for customers. When you buy a brand-new suitcase, you expect it to be protected and delivered in perfect condition. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Buyers should be aware that Level8 does not prioritize quality control or customer satisfaction.

Bag never delivered

Bag never delivered, yet I’m asked to review my experience (!). Shipping tracker shows failed delivery a couple nights in a row (at 11:30 pm)? Evidently they will reorder. Luckily I have the Road Runner 20” Pro and came back for an Adventure model. Glad I did not need it before delivery happens, whenever that happens.

Lieferung schnell vorbereitet für die Post, Website gutes Design, die Koffer an sich minimalistisch und praktikabel, hatte bis jetzt kein Probleme.
Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Level8 Yellow/black 20&26 Voyager set

Received my Level8 Voyager 20" & 26" set within 5 days after placing order. The carry-on and 26 " checked luggage are very roomy and love the trunk style for traveling. The wide handle gives me more control with moving the Voyager set. Did a full strength inspection and found it tough but flexible and the biggest area of toughness was the reinforced corners, don't see them denting in from a fall or drop that will impact the corners. The interior fabric is soft yet strong, the zippers glide without catching and having a full compartment space without those annoying handle frame going down the middle I can use the full space for packing. Very happy with purchase, considering buying the 28" check Voyager but not sure if the extra 6 liters constitutes the price. Would love to test it out to see if it's worth the price.

Worth Every Penny!

Just got the 30-inch LEVEL8 Voyageur to complete my set—already had the 20-inch and 28-inch, and I’m obsessed. That wide handle? Genius. And the wheels? So smooth, it’s like gliding on air. Seriously, no other luggage compares. Already told my bestie they need this brand in their life. 😍

Suitcase itself is awesome too. I’ll buy another one when my suitcase gets old.

Now top quality

For several years, I have exclusively purchased Rimowa suitcases due to their exceptional quality. However, I recently decided to explore Level8. Not only do the brand offer a more equitable price point, but the quality is also remarkable. Actually better than all high end brands I know. Notably, they are one of the few suitcases that feature a zipper closure on both sides of the compartments. It would be advantageous if the 28-inch version could be purchased separately rather than as part of a set of three. A carry-on version with a large outside pocket would be a good addition to the range.
