I recently bought the RAWS Jogger in Butter Yellow for my daughter from LeVoleur, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The jogger is very well made and the fabric feels soft yet durable, so it’s comfortable to wear but also built to last.
The colour is even better in real life than in the photos – bright without being too much – and it quickly became one of her favourite pieces. The fit is great, it moves well, and she finds it super comfortable for both everyday use and dance class.
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and the item arrived in perfect condition. For the price, it really feels like a premium product, and overall I’m very impressed.
My daughter absolutely loves it, and I would happily recommend LeVoleur to anyone looking for stylish and quality clothing.

I ordered the “TWY” tracksuit set and I couldn’t be happier. The fabric is soft, the stitching is flawless, and the fit felt tailor-made. The style truly lives up to the website photos! FINGER WEG!!
FINGER WEG!!! Ware nie erhalten!!
Nach 3 Wochen nachgefragt und die Antwort bekommen, dass die Bestellung Teil einer Pre-Order-Kollektion sei weshalb sich der Versand verzögert und erst 2 Wochen ab Bestellung versendet wird. Das wurde angeblich auch während des Bestellvorgangs so kommuniziert, was eine Lüge ist!
Seitdem habe ich nie wieder etwas von dieser Firma gehört und auf weitere Nachfragen keine Antwort mehr erhalten.
Wird mein Anwalt regeln!

It is a scam company
It is a scam company. Ordered the 23th April. It was a event at they write that the items was in stock. I have written twice and the say that it can take 2-5 weeks for them to send? And there email reply is every time sent from an iPhone, which serious compony does that?
If not anything is received next week I will take contact to my bank so mastercard can refund the amount (which can be done within 60 days, it you have contacted the seller and they have not sent the item. After 60days you can no longer get a refund through your bank because the mastercard have sent the amount to the seller!)

Die Kommunikation war perfekt
Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Da der Laden leer gekauft wurde, kamen die Artikel später als geplant. Jedoch wurde mir immer ein Update gegeben!
Nachdem dann geliefert wurde, kann ich nur positiv von der Qualität schwärmen. Perfekt. Sicherlich demnächst wieder.

Levoleur tracksuit
We ordered a tracksuit in November, after many emails the package was received in January. We received 2 trousers and no hoodie, (the hoodie was the more expensive item). Levoleur refused to send us the hoodie or refund any amount or pay for postage. They were very rude and unprofessional, they seemed childish in their replies. I sent over 20 emails but every time they responded, they would pretend to have no knowledge of the problem. I recommend a refund through paypal/ credit card.

Verarschung auf ganzer Linie
Ich würde am liebsten keinen Stern vergeben....
Ware bestellt am 5.12.24 aber nie erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wird man vertröstet und auf einen neuen Liefertermin verwiesen,auch solche Taktiken sind mir schon bekannt.
Wer über PayPal bezahlt hat,der hat Glück. Mein Geld habe ich zurückbuchen lassen und somit ist kein weiterer Schaden entstanden, aber die Enttäuschung ist groß.

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Mein Paket wurde falsch geliefert, obwohl meine Angaben korrekt waren. Anstatt den Fehler zu beheben, musste ich die Kosten für die Rücksendung selbst tragen. Das ist für mich als Kunde absolut unverständlich. Ein solcher Kundenservice ist nicht akzeptabel, und ich werde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.
