Do everything to stop you leaving broker arranged scheme to direct with Health Insurer. Very very difficult to deal with when they are loosing business.

THE ISSUE WAS DEALT WITH VERY EFFICIENTLY

I spoke to Jacinta re my health plan. She was very helpful and patient as I went through my family's health insurance. She even followed up with another call just to see if all was OK. I was able to adjust my plan to suit my family,s needs with no hassle.

I received a clear explanation of what my query and received further advice on my health plan which was then implemented for me. Received documentation in post shortly after my call all in order.

My Health Policy was due to expire at the end of December 2022 and whilst I had done some initial research on plans on the website of my Health Provider I was still mesmerised. Fortunately a day or two later I had a telephone call from Lyons to discuss my requirements and to recommend a suitable Plan for me. I was delighted as this is always a very stressful task for me. Jacinta was very pleasant and helpful .

I phoned Lyons Financial for advice and I was very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the lady who dealt with me. She was extremely helpful and gave me good advice. She also undertook to email me a copy of my insurance documents which I received as promised.
