You should speed-up your delivery time a little bit

Very Bad Company, 75 days passed and still nothing same for my friends. If nothing shows up soon or we receive fake/damaged products we will be taking legal actions against this company. I will edit this review if our items shows up soon with condition as described.

the order took a lot of time and they didnt anser me about the refund of one item

Pros: Infinite choices of products, you can find whatever you’re looking for.
Cons: Prices are increasing, sometimes the app does not respond.

The application always crack, the prices increased enormously lately

Good but slow

The order came intact and as ordered.

The only problem was long delivery date. the staff was very responsive and cooperative

Waited alot for my order more than 2 months and customer service are not helpful at all but in the end i received my item and it was exactly how it was described perfect i have no other complaints than already mentioned

Very bad service , I sent them two emails asking about the delivery date but no one responded , I ordered many items and haven't received them yet after more than 60 days,when I ordered they gave an estimated date for the delivery , today is 20 days after this date and goods not received yet, I don't recommend ordering from this site.

Some products took almost 3 months to arrive, some others still didn't arrive after 3 months of paying and ordering. Very slow service.

The items were delivered in great shape, yet the experience was not perfect.

First, there were some delays (which, rightfully, was blamed on COVID19).
Second, there were discrepancies between the application updates and real updates. The app does not reflect the reality most of the times.

Continuous followup through Whatsapp is needed to get the realistic updates and keep reminding LIBAZON about your orders.

TLDR; It's a great company presenting an exceptional/unique service in a typical Lebanese non-professional fashion.

All the ordered items have been delivered in good condition, i am satisfied about the customer service team and very happy using this application.
Time equal money, if you want to save money you have to try this application or if you want to save time buy your needs from the local market 🤷‍♂️

Hello im rating you a 2 stars for the very slow service the prices are varying from day to day some of my products arrived a month late and the rest is still on the way to libazon uk its seems it will never arrive my friends just refunded their goods for being more than 3 months late anyway thank you for your effort hopefully a 5 stars later on.

One of the worst companies in Lebanon after being onevof the best!! Its a scam they have delivered items at first. However, they stopped delivering any item from 1 year and so and when i ask they say products are in stock maximum at the end of the month they will be delivered to your house. After 1 year and 1 month and after lossin the price of money because we paid in LBP and the rate have been change to loose around 150% of its value at payment day, after of that they says we are not able 3o fulfill you order and we will refund your money!!! Be careful don't buy from this company anymore!

i have make an order since 6 6 2020 and it take for now 2 mounths and nothing of my order arrived except one items and it s not wath i have ordered

I had an issue with timing, 2 month now waiting and customer service tell me it's still in London.
Never gonna do it again.
prefer to pay more in lebanon then wait for minimum of 3 month.
