I would like to report serious concerns regarding Libert Tours Limited and an individual who dealt with me using the name “Daniel.”

I paid £950 for a return flight for my mother and separately paid £320 for my baby’s ticket. Despite making the payments and providing all the information requested, I did not receive the valid return flight for my mother as agreed, and I did not receive the ticket I paid £320 for my baby.

I repeatedly contacted the agent asking for genuine booking details that could be verified directly with the airline. I experienced repeated delays, changes to the travel arrangements and further requests for money, while my mother was already travelling with the baby and was left in a very difficult situation.

I have retained the payment records, WhatsApp conversations, booking information and emails. I have also since found numerous online complaints from other customers describing similar experiences, including allegations of payments being taken without valid flight tickets being provided.

The company is now asking me to withdraw my bank dispute before they will refund me. I have not agreed to do this because I have not received my money back.

I am reporting this because I am concerned that other customers may have experienced similar problems, and I would like the matter properly investigated. I am willing to provide all of my evidence, including the communications and payment records.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! PLEASE AVOID.

I booked a direct return flight through Libert Tours, paying just shy of £300. Just 24 hours before departure, I was told they couldn't check into the flight due to “technical difficulties” and instead put us on a completely different itinerary with a "connection" in PORTUGAL!!!! Keep in mind this was just two separate flights, not an airline provided connection

The replacement flight was delayed, we missed the connection and were left stranded in PORTUGAL. We then had another flight arranged, only to be denied boarding again due to overbooking. We had to pay for hotels, food, taxis and eventually arrange our own flight to our destination.

We spent over WAY more than we should have, much more than £300 that we originally paid, because of a situation that would never have happened if they had provided the flight we originally paid for.

Communication was also extremely poor, with multiple messages being ignored and constant deflections. When we asked for a refund for the flight they failed to provide, they offered an open ticket for future travel instead of giving us a refund even after we told them we do NOT intend to fly anytime soon....

Also the agent I was in contact with regarding my dispute is "conveniently" no longer available on WhatsApp.

Extremely stressful, expensive and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Libert Tours AT ALL!!!!

No stars just scam he took our money and fooled us about rescheduled flights he took money for suitcases and gave us nothing we are waiting for refund trustpilot says they check the reviews etc but they missed a review from Mohammed Nackash who is the one man listed as the company head.

Our group entrusted the company with more than £30,000 for a travel booking, and we never received confirmed flight, hotel or travel documentation. The night before departure, we were contacted by Daniel (now known as Mohammed), who informed us that the trip had been cancelled and wanted to reschedule instead. When asked for evidence of this, he could not provide it.

Due to his suspicious behaviour, we checked for ourselves only to discover that he had NOT made any flight or hotel bookings.

Libert Tours does not have an ATOL number. When questioned, Daniel claimed that the company had one but was not allowed to display it on their website. ATOL has no record of Libert Tours or Liberty Tours.

Please be aware that the positive reviews appear to be fake and may have been written by employees or associates.

We have referred the matter to the Fraud Unit for further investigation.

I was told I was paying for a hotel security deposit over the phone for £1200. Instead DANIEL the fraudulent, disgusting scammer “travel agent”, took my card details and paid for two Etihad Air flight tickets. These tickets had nothing to do with me, he STOLE my card details to purchase something fraudulently for somebody else. This is a criminal offence. AVOID AT ALLLLLLLLL COSTS!

My entire family was scammed out of over £10,000 by LiberTours. We thought we were booking a legitimate holiday, but they took our money and gave us absolutely nothing in return — no holiday, no refund, and no replies. It is complete fraud.

They operate using a contact called "Reservations" on WhatsApp who tells you his name is Daniel. THIS IS A LIE. His real name is Mohammed Nakash. He uses a fake name to gain your trust before taking your money. Do not engage with him at all — he is a scammer.

They are professional fraudsters operating under a fake identity. They will say anything to get you to pay — once they have your money, they ghost you, block you, and vanish. There is no customer service, no support, and no way to get your money back.

If you see LiberTours, if you get a message from "Daniel" / Mohammed Nakash, if anyone contacts you from this number or company — BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY. Do not send any money. Do not give them any details. They will steal from you too.

We are a whole family left thousands of pounds out of pocket. Save yourself — STAY FAR AWAY FROM LIBERTOURS.

They take your money and disappear. 100% FRAUD. DO NOT USE! They say that they will send the tickets 24 hours before but they never do and after the deadline is finished they will try to postpone it to a later date like my family the 24 hour deadline had passed and he tried to postpone it to the 10th of September and at that point we knew it was automatically a scam and Mohammed was a fraudster and he will not get anywhere in life .

Totally terrible experience with this so called operator which now transpires is a fraud. The contact person called himself Daniel, but his real name is Mohammed. Arranged a group booking to the Caribbean for 17 individuals, he was quick to take the funds amounting to the cost of 25k but failed to deliver with the purchased tickets, with constant excuses. Totally unacceptable and fraudulent behaviour which has now been passed to the police for further investigation and prosecution. Avoid at all costs as I would not wish this behaviour on my worst enemy….

Warning: Our Experience with Libert Tours / Voyage Planners
I am writing this review to warn others about our extremely concerning experience with a company operating under the names Libert Tours (liberttours.co.uk) and Voyage Planners (voyageplannersltd.co.uk).
Our group paid a substantial amount of money for flights and accommodation for a family celebration, believing we were dealing with a legitimate travel company. After payment, we were repeatedly assured that all bookings were confirmed and that documentation would be provided closer to departure.
However, when we independently verified the details, we discovered serious issues. KLM confirmed that the flight reservations did not exist and that the booking references provided were invalid. We also contacted our hotel directly and were informed that no reservation had been made for our group.
When we raised these concerns, we were met with further explanations and reassurances rather than genuine, verifiable booking documentation, based on confirmations received directly from the airline and hotel, the information and documents provided to us appeared to be inaccurate and/or invalid.

This experience caused significant stress and uncertainty for everyone involved. We trusted this company and believed our travel arrangements had been secured when they had not.
Please learn from our experience and exercise extreme caution.

I am writing to warn others about an appalling and distressing experience with Liberttours. My friend and I and a family of 12 booked a holiday with them to attend a special celebration and paid in good faith overtime The reservation agent namely Daniel sent confirmation details that turned out to be false and failed to provide the necessary booking codes and E tickets from KLM airline, because of this we were not able to fly out to our holiday as planned. This company operates under the guise as a travel/technology agent with no valid protection. Furthermore, it appears that previous reviews may have been posted by people affiliated with the company. This company ruins travel plans and takes money without delivering a service and I strongly advise caution in dealing with Liberttours

We used this company for a group booking.
They took our money(Thousands and) never done any bookings on any airline for us.
It was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime to celebrate a special birthday
People work hard for their money and some are pensioners.
This company need to have their license revoked and to be held accountable for their misgivings.

Do NOT use Libert Tours, they are not legit and are scammers!! They photoshop tickets and rob you off thousands of pounds.

AVOID THIS COMPANY — £10,000 LOST AND NO FLIGHTS PROVIDED

I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with our experience.

We paid this company £10,000 for flights and were repeatedly assured that our tickets would be sorted. We were specifically told that the flights would be booked the night before, but that never happened. Instead, we were eventually rebooked onto another date more than two months away, which was completely unacceptable and not what we had agreed to.

We were repeatedly given assurances that everything would be sorted, but the promises were not followed through. We were left waiting and relying on what we were being told, only to find ourselves without the flights we had paid for.

We were also given a name that we now believe was not his real name. The person we dealt with is Mohammed. In our experience, he repeatedly led us on with promises that the flights would be booked, rather than actually securing the tickets.

It appears that the approach is to keep customers waiting and then hope there are spare seats available at the last minute. That is absolutely not acceptable when someone has paid £10,000 and is relying on you to provide the service promised.

I am also extremely concerned about the 5-star reviews. Based on what we have discovered and been told, we believe some of these reviews may have been posted by people connected to him. Anyone considering using this company should do their own research and be extremely careful before handing over any money.

£10,000 is a huge amount of money. We trusted this company, were repeatedly reassured that our flights would be booked, and were left in an extremely difficult position.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company checks everything independently and does not rely solely on promises that the tickets will be arranged later.

They will literally scam you out of your money. They will take everything and not book anything. You’ll be left in more problems.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Libert Tours are major scammers. They take payments up front but they don't book any flights or hotels or anything. They call you the night before the flight and say it's been rescheduled but don't give you a refund. This happened to me and a whole group of 12 of my friends. Who lost more than £25,000 in total. We are taking legal action against them.

They give you a multitude of lies and excuses about why they can't give you flight or hotel booking confirmation until the last minute and then they say it's been rescheduled. This is how they operate.

Another scam they run is to ask for Tourist Tax in advance, saying that the hotel is asking for it. This is another lie. You should never have to pay Tourist Tax before arrival. This is standard industry practise.

They do not have an ATOL number. When asked about this they said "we do have an ATOL number but we're not supposed to put it on the website". By law you must display your ATOL number if you have one. ATOL do not have any record of Libert Tours or Liberty Tours, they do not have an ATOL number.

All their good reviews are fake, written by their own employees and friends

The customer service was great and really efficient! I would definitely be using them again as they made my travel experience really easy and straightforward. 10/10 service. :)

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward. I appreciated how responsive they were whenever I had a question.

Avoid at All Costs!!!

My experience with this company was absolutely unacceptable.

I paid for a boarding pass that was never provided. Despite taking my money, the company failed to send the boarding pass I had paid for, leaving me stranded in another country for several days with no practical assistance or solution.

As a result, I had to arrange and pay for my own return travel at a cost of approximately £500. During the time I was stranded, the company did not offer accommodation, alternative travel arrangements, or any meaningful support.

The delay caused serious consequences for me personally, including the loss of my job due to being unable to return home as scheduled.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the boarding pass that I paid for but never received.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others against booking with this company. I found the service unreliable, the customer support inadequate, and the handling of the situation completely unacceptable.

I have kept records of my communications, payments, and additional costs incurred as a result of this experience.

I feel so happy to travel with this company.I traveled to saudia they gave me the nearest hotel to haram shareef and they provided me the transfers for ziyaraat free of cost.

These people are scammers. I paid in full for 3 return tickets for my family from the Caribbean to the UK. The day before they were suppose to leave, Libert Tours cancelled the tickets. Then they booked a new ticket via Air Canada.

When my family arrived at the airport they could not board the plane because they had no Canadian visa. To cut a long story short, I ended up having to pay over £500 to get my parents to the UK.

I called them a few weeks before my parents were to leave the UK only to be told that the tickets were cancelled. Nobody called me to tell me anything. After weeks of many broken promises to provide new tickets and to prevent my family from overstaying in the country. I had to spend over £1500 to purchase new return tickets.

This is the worst experience I ever had with any company. I even became physically sick from all the stress I had as a result of this experience.
