Bobby E at Liberty provided excellent service. I invested considerable effort shopping this deal with five lenders. Liberty got me the best deal and provided the most professional support and service. Bobby did a much better job of explaining his offering than the others. When there was a glitch at the closing (not Liberty's fault) that would have cost me considerable money, Bobby stayed on it until it was fully rectified - there was nothing to gain for him but supporting a customer. That was especially appreciated.

Beyond satisfied! We needed a small line of credit for our company and we worked with Joan Q. who was not only Very Efficient but also very friendly!! She worked very hard and I felt that she went above and beyond just being a loan agent. We were approved and the process was simple. I attempted to work with my bank who I have been in business with for 5 years and was declined. Yet I spoke to Marcus and he assured me he could atcleast do something. So I filled out the app and within 1 day he was knee deep in multiple o ffers . I had the flu during this process, so they helped walk me thru the process, and made sure I was totally set .i received my loan within 72 hours , it was easy as can be.
