I had an amazing first-time experience with Liberty First Credit Union! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being truly listened to, not just given generic, corporate responses like I’ve experienced at other banks. One of the loan advisors took the time to walk me through my options, explain everything in a way that made sense, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. The team made the entire loan application process smooth and approachable, and the Loan Officer Manager was wonderful to work with as well. They valued building a relationship with me, which is something I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. It was clear they were interested in helping me succeed, not just treating me like another number. I’m so glad I chose Liberty First, and I’m looking forward to continuing my banking relationship with them!

I couldn't be more pleased with Liberty First Credit Union.I have used their services for over 5 years. The new LaVista location is convenient for me. Banks don't do what this credit union does for me. Josiah is beyond good. Good service goes a long way with me. If you are looking for a great Credit Union Officer then please call Josiah.
