Owner is rude. Disgusting attitude, no manners. Don't spend your money here

Really disappointed with the customer service very rude . I initially ordered flowers from this florist which were absolutely beautiful, so much so that i placed a second order for the following day.Unfortunately the second arrangement was noticeably poorer in quality and didn't match the standard of the first. On the day i tried multiple times to contact the florist but couldn't get through was not answered. When i later came in to show explain this, show a log of the calls made on the day, explaining that i work shifts and my mother is in hospital which delayed me coming in sooner, i was met with a very dismissive and argumentative attitude by the owner, and even called "desperate" which i found completely unacceptable and disrespectful, To be clear i kept the flowers at the time as they were needed for the funeral, so this wasn't about seeking a refund on the day. My concern is the lack of consistency in quality and more importantly the way i was spoken to when i tried to address it, Good customer service is about treating people with respect and sadly that wa smissing here

Fantastic business!!
I needed to order some funeral flowers & was strapped for time due to working full time. Popped into the Lower Bedfords nursery where I spoke to the guy there (think he's the owner). I explained what I was looking for, and for what date I needed the flowers. The guy took my name number and got his other shop to contact me the next day. They were prompt regarding contact, they explained what flowers they would make for me and delivered them nice and early on the day I needed them for.
They created a beautiful spray at an excellent price too.
Thank you ever so much for all your help and fab work!
