Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad we were able to deliver the poetry collection all the way to Germany and that you’re satisfied with your order. We look forward to your next order.
Completely disappointing. Very late delivery. Never again!!!
I cancelled an Amazon order because Libristo promised to deliver the book within 3-5 days. That was completely wrong and I finally received the book more than weeks later and much too late for a trip planing to Lapland. Never again!!!!
It is neither communicated that the delivery time refers to the shipping time from shop and that the book firstly has to been collected from an international wholesaler. Furthermore no information that the shop is sending from Czech Republic. This all costs a lot of time and makes absolutely no sense!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding delivery times. The 3–5 days mentioned refers to the time it takes for the book to arrive at our warehouse, not the total delivery time to you. If you need the books delivered by a specific date, you can specify the desired delivery date directly in your shopping cart before placing your order.
So macht Bücher Bestellen einfach Freude - vielen Dank!

This was the first order in a libristo…
This was the first order in a libristo store. I'm pleased. The ordered book was delivered quickly. The book is neatly packed. The print quality of the book is very high. The book will help you understand certain moments of sewing dresses of past centuries. Thanks.

Great Product, But Packaging Needs Improvement
The product I received was original and exactly as described, which is a big plus. Shipping was fast, and the variety of payment options made the whole process easy. However, the packaging was too small for the item and looked like it had been reused several times. Overall, a good experience, but the packaging definitely needs improvement.

Wide selection and impeccable customer service
I've purchased many foreign-language books from Libristo and have been delighted by the vast selection. Shipping was incredibly fast, the products were carefully packaged, and arrived in perfect condition without a single dent.
The courier service was also great. Last but not least, I'd like to spend a few words about the impeccable customer service: Ms. Becker is exceptionally thorough, kind, and efficient.
She assisted me wonderfully, both before and after my purchase. Thank you so much for your excellent work! I will definitely buy from you again!
