Book arrived damaged. Almost 3 weeks shipping time within the same country.
The edges of the book are frailed and the upper side of the book was folded leaving an ugly mark all the way across. I paid for a new book... Not acceptable.
I reached out to them and they offered me €2 back or for me to send the book back to get a new one. But since I didnt want to wait even longer to read it I just kept it. They can keep their €2 as well. Sadly I will not buy a book from here next time.

A lovely company but delivery is a bit long
A lovely company, and it is great we can order books in the original language. But the delivery took over 3 weeks. I had to collect is from a delivery centre while it was a small book that easily would have fitted in our postbox. I really prefer to order from Libristo instead of from companies like Amazon. Please, try to shorten the delivery time. I ordered February 12 and March 4th I could collect the book.

We also offer different delivery options at checkout, including home delivery, which might be more convenient in situations like this. The products that were sold out
The products that were sold out, they let them know neatly every time that the product was out of stock and that they would keep me informed.
They did that with multiple products and shipped everything at the same time.
Kept neatly informed and still received everything.
You have to wait a little longer for it but that's fine.

Heb al 2 emails gestuurd. we zijn 3 dagen later nog altijd geen antwoord, of boek nog niet verzonden.

2 weeks delay
The estimate delivery date when purchasing the books is not accurate. That’s the date they will receive the books and ship them to you. My books should have arrived on 12/02. They later said 18/02 a got here on 25/02.
Books are okay but the shipping isn’t.

Nice service
It’s not the quickest delivery. But when my package arrived damaged in their center, they quickly emailed me with some options on how to handle the situation. It’s also nice to know i talked to a human.

Wrong edition, expensive returns
They sent me the wrong edition of what I ordered (a cheaper version according to their website) and they never contacted me to ask if this was okay.
I see that returns are paid by client so really can’t be bothered to invest more time, money and energy with such a scam.

Het bestelde boek is inmiddels ontvangen , is ong. 10 dagen onderweg geweest. De verpakking van het boek was niet heel goed, bij openen hiervan zag ik een paar beschadigingen aan het boek : een deuk in de kaft en de hoeken van een aantal bladzijden zien eruit alsof ze nat zijn geweest …
