Never again!
I'm waiting over a month and the customer service doesn't know where my books are neither are going to refund me. Shame on you libristo

Gorąco polecam za szeroki wybór książek angielskojęzycznych oraz konkurencyjne ceny. Moja przesyłka została wysłana bardzo szybko i dobrze zabezpieczona. Zamówiłam też opcję pakowania na prezent i aż oniemiałam z zachwytu - książka została opakowana bardzo gustownie i starannie. Prezent udał się wspaniale. Libristo.pl bardzo dziękuję!

Bardzo indywidualne podeście do klienta, miła i pomocna obsługa. Ceny są bardzo atrakcyjne, zwłaszcza w grupie literatury zagranicznej i w językach obcych, albo też takich dostępnych tylko w zagranicznych sklepach - wiele tytułów okaże się tańszych niż gdziekolwiek indziej. Spotkałem sporo pozycji których nie mogłem znaleźć nigdzie indziej w Polsce, lub w zagranicznych sklepach, które do Polski dostarczają. Sklep jest odpowiedzialny, a przesyłki dochodzą w nienaruszonym stanie. Czas dostawy może się różnić jednak (w przypadku gdy dla indywidualnego klienta zamawia się konkretną książkę specjalnie z zagranicy, czas oczekiwania moze sie trochę wydłużyć). Gorąco polecam, swoich książek nie kupuje nigdzie indziej.

I have ordered from them twice: this February, then early December; both with very positive experiences. I had my concerns because of the many criticisms of the webshop, but I thought it was worth trying. On the one hand, they had a very reasonable price for long-sought-after books, and on the other hand, they offered the possibility of buying on consignment with only a tiny margin. So I took virtually no risk. In both cases, I received my order quickly (I bought books in stock, so I didn't have to wait for weeks) at the designated pick-up point near my home.

Compared to the Hungarian Post Service horrors, it was a relief. (The Hungarian Post Service is notorious for not even notifying you about the international parcel. If you inquire in person, it depends on the employee's workload and mood, whether they check if a package has arrived with your name on it, etc. All in all, it is likelier that it gets lost than you receive it.)

If the previous negative criticisms were justified, the webshop staff learned from them. If they keep their special offers, favorable delivery conditions (price, duration, tracking possibility), they can gain a significant advantage over Hungarian Post. Indeed, those Hungarians who regularly buy books from abroad have learned over the previous one and a half years that entrusting the Hungarian Postal Services with their delivery is only slightly safer than sending them by bottle post. These customers would be open to reliable and affordable alternatives: Libristo should take advantage of this market opportunity.

Great selection and quality if you are looking for English releases.

I was looking for English books in Poland and this website had a much bigger selection than all the other ones. However, the order took a bit too long to be shipped as some books were not available at the time of order. Also,the website is a little old-fashioned and needs to be updated soon. Phone support is only available till 15:30, which is very inconvenient.
