I had a few technical issues while trying to load the licence for the provided software. I emailed the problem back to Licenseplace. The issue was immediately resolved. Great service, highly recommended.

Harry was amazing. I had a few complications with accessing the software I had installed, Harry was able to rectify the issue within no time and was supportive and polite every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing one of their products !

Wat ik vooral waardeer, is de uitstekende service. Als er iets niet werkt, nemen ze uitgebreid de tijd om je te helpen en zoeken ze net zo lang door tot er een oplossing is. Zelfs wanneer een licentie na een paar maanden niet meer werkt, kun je op hun ondersteuning rekenen. Ze staan klaar om te helpen en zorgen ervoor dat het probleem wordt opgelost.

I am very satisfied with Licentieplaats. Their licenses are affordable and offer excellent value for money.
What stands out most is their customer service. If something does not work, they take the time to help and work with you until a solution is found. Even if a license stops working after several months, they are still willing to assist and make sure the issue is resolved.

I had an issue loading AutoCAD 2026. Licenseplace auto accessed my PC and installed the software. Excellent service. I cannot thank them enough. Good communication and customer service.

Amazing customer services. I am not very tech savvy so booked a call. Very pleasant young man who spoke excellent English and was able to help with no fuss or drama.

I had problems with a Photoshop app that got corrupted. Contacted Licenseplace and within a couple of hours the solution was sent to me.

This company should NOT be trusted. Their staff are extremely defensive when questioned about how they obtain perpetual licenses for products which are not available in perpetual format.

Save yourself time and money, buy from ANYWHERE else.

Would definitely recommend installing this - was having a small issue installing but I had help from a MAC specialist called Kevin, he was super friendly and helpful and had my issue sorted in no time.

I had a issue with getting AutoCAD to work on my laptop. I emailed the company and was given a slot for assistance, Harry from the company assisted and fixed the issue in minuets. Communication has been fantastic from start to finish 10/10.

I had a problem installing software and they were very helpful in solving it and made sure everything was working properly.

AutoCAD issues
I had issue with Auto CAD. I emailed them and within few minutes they responded and had remote session during weekend which was very helpful.

The person named Harry called me on phone and did remote session on my laptop and within 10 mins all sorted.
